00:00His explanation for briefly taking Dorafeyev off the first power play unit.
00:04When the puck gets dumped down two or three times and they've got to go 200 feet to get it
00:08and then work back into the offensive zone, they should change.
00:11And Pav didn't.
00:12There needs to be some accountability around it.
00:15Unfortunately for Pav, he was the guy.
00:17Probably gave a couple warning shots.
00:19Maybe it was the first time Dorafeyev did it.
00:21There was no more warnings left to give.
00:23And the greatest thing a coach has, the power of, is ice time.
00:26And you can get people to buy in pretty quick when you take some ice time away.
00:30So I'm sure there's conversations.
00:32I'm sure he's communicated because that's what Sully does best.
00:36Job's not in jeopardy.
00:37The guy's signed long term for a lot of money.
00:39They're going to need him.
00:40But it's a good message to send saying, hey, look, man, we're all pulling on the same rope.
00:46No one's above anybody else here.
00:48Even if you play more and get more money, we expect more out of the people that are giving more.
00:54Yeah, that's a good thing.
00:55And it doesn't mean Dorafeyev's a bad guy.
00:59It doesn't mean anything.
01:00He's competitive.
01:00Probably wants to get something going.
01:02It's all things that happen in a season.
01:04Sully was asked the question.
01:06I'm sure if he wasn't, he wouldn't have mentioned it.
01:08And he's going to give you an honest answer.
01:11I like it.
01:11I like it.
01:12I like it a lot.
