The Aalgaard Church Choir in Gjesdal, Norway, celebrated their 25th anniversary on Oct. 18. 2009 with a concert in Oltedal Church. 2o years ago one of the organists, Ernst Th. Monsen (seen at the piano here) arranged for this choir the gospel song Just A Closer Walk With Thee, and this arrangement was also performed on the jubilee-concert. Guest-conductor: Geir Munthe-Kaas, percussion: Marius Munthe-Kaas. Contrabass: Magnus Rød Haugland.
