The restaurant Fischers Fritz in Berlin is run by top chef Christian Lohse,the only chef in the German capital with two Michelin stars. Berlin's best wanted to whip up a beguiling dish fit for New Year celebrations - and for that he's chosen lobster as the main ingredient.
