00:06so if you had to pick one game between the two which one would you pick you cannot say neither
00:12you had to pick one so let's take about let's talk about what is the good the bad the ugly
00:17of each game the stuff that we like we didn't like the stuff they could have done to make them
00:22things better because ex-defiant was supposed to be the call of duty killer and color before it
00:27seems to be uh clearly for my warfare 2026 edition right seems to be the uh the killer of call

00:35duty because people don't like it people hate it so it's a little controversy out there i'll you
00:40guys decide but i think ex-defiant had a really good chance to i'm not saying to kill call of
00:47duty
00:47because i don't want any game to kill any other game i want to play a lot of games but
00:51i think
00:51ex-defiant had a big chance to be a big game to do something fun to do something maybe a
00:58little
00:58bit different to maybe just grab some of the audience from colluding battlefield and just
01:02you know just get it into into their game i think had a lot of potential sadly after like one

01:09they decided to you know call it quits and i think you piece up i don't know made a mistake
01:15i think had a lot of potential and i see ex-defiant as a uh maybe the new age of
01:24of gaming and what i
01:26mean by this is they could have just expand so much from from this game and one thing maybe i

01:33have just recommended is to have a playlist for you remember like call of duty uh advanced warfare
01:40where they had a playlist without exosuits okay so something similar for ex-defiant like a playlist
01:47where you know you have no powers no superpowers because i mean even though they were kind of fun
01:51but at the same time they were kind of annoying it seems at some point it's more like or it
01:56felt like
01:56playing uh like like one of those games like it's just all about the the abilities and and i mean
02:05it's kind of fun at the same time it's not in my opinion so overwatch is the example that you

02:13comes to mind you know overwatch is all about crazy you know or valorant you know crazy abilities and
02:20crazy things and i think a game like ex-defiant would be so cool where uh we didn't have that
02:26uh maybe
02:27they want to add some sort of kill streak whatever just just add the idea of like metal of honor

02:33fighter or something like that uh that was kind of cool or maybe don't have them uh at all just

02:38know uh just get kills with a gun and that's it i'm gonna be getting some other some different rewards
02:45maybe a gold gun or something i don't even know but i think had a lot of uh a lot
02:53of potential in
02:54my opinion it wasn't it wasn't terrible the game was free to play which is fantastic we love free stuff
03:00you know a lot of free to play and uh you know you don't waste any money just some time

03:05you play the games you like it you know you keep it if not you just delete it and you

03:11the story so i don't think it's too terrible um that's sort of a business idea in my opinion
03:16a lot of good things um comes with free games man so again i think there's just more time just

03:23settle down just to see what was wrong with the game what needs to be fixed because that happens
03:28with every game battlefield call of duty i don't know tarkov you name any game man you know after
03:33after the season goes on they change things for the better sometimes for the worst but usually you
03:38know for the better and make the game more playable and more fun more entertaining more everything
03:43right but i think that was the case with xfi and this needed more time just to settle down season
03:47after season new weapons new maps and and maybe maybe just steal the game to a different direction
03:55you know to a different okay let's let's try this now people like this so let's go ahead and try
04:01this and like as an example no abilities or uh another one could be uh a gun game which is
04:10kind
04:10of cool always to have in in a game and you know little things like that just to just to
04:14make the
04:14game more fun not so much about abilities but the gun game um things like that you know pretty fun
04:19in my opinion uh downside of the game also no campaign i know some of you or a lot of
04:25you don't
04:25play campaigns i do love campaigns i like campaigns i think it's very very fun so no campaign for this
04:30game uh if you are into battle royale uh all that kind of stuff also none of that so you
04:37stick just
04:38to the old school og multiplayer and uh you know some of these kind of weird game modes uh that
04:44the
04:45game had you know but with your basic t uh tdm uh domination i think was pretty fun uh session
04:50destroyed i think we'll just add some some other cool stuff into the game in my opinion so um free
04:58to play but also limited when it comes to certain things so that could be an issue for some people
05:03but for the free to play hey like i said you know you have nothing to lose now we got
05:07you know call of
05:08duty which is your basic you know call of duty that we've been playing you know for so many years
05:13you got the campaign you got the multiplayer now you got you know the warzone dmc stuff you know
05:18which is uh free to play you know but you know it's there for some people it's tied to the
05:23game
05:24you know you can also get it without call of duty but it's tied to the game so it's a
05:29it's a plus
05:30for a lot of people um it's a con for a lot of people you know it depends you know
05:35if you like that
05:35sort of thing but i think the campaign is always good to have and and why not you know it's
05:41some
05:41hours of entertainment and uh you know of course the multiplayer uh over the years you know call
05:46of duty is turning to something different it's not what it used to be we all know that it's not
05:50a secret that's why the uh i don't want to say remake the port from you know black ops 2
05:56black ops 1
05:57to ps5 you know did so well because people want that sort of call of duty you know it's uh
06:03it was it
06:04was fun they did it right so this is exactly what i want and you know just by listening and
06:10and watching the videos there's a lot of people who are not excited about mw4 other people are but
06:16the the consensus out there is is mostly negative from what i've seen uh we got to play the beta

06:26tried the campaign which is pretty fun uh some multiplayer a little frustration i watch some live
06:31streams you know big names no names everybody i watch you know uh some gameplay footage just to get a
06:38an idea of what people were uh talking about the game and it's a little negative stuff when it comes
06:44to uh amw4 they could change things around you know make the game better who knows we'll see maybe
06:50they will maybe they they won't but you know the the french is going kind of backwards uh you have

06:57pay obviously for the dmp and the campaign you know compared to ex defiant uh but if i had to
07:04pick
07:04really uh i will just take my chances with ex defiant you know i play and and i don't hate
07:09call of duty but you know i played call of duty for for so many years and the game is
07:14still fun and it
07:14was fun but it's not what it used to be but i will just take up take my my chances
07:19with ex defiant just
07:20in case you know the game happens to be good just the game happened to be i mean this is
07:25hypothetically
07:25right if the game was still available and uh you know we have more seasons and more stuff coming
07:30uh within the game uh i'll give it a chance to ex defiant maybe maybe they keep they were onto
07:37something and maybe they could just change things and uh make a really different experience we have
07:44seen this in the past you know when a game is it's not so good at the beginning and then
07:48uh with a
07:49couple of you know work here and there you know the team getting together listening to the community
07:54you know things just happen to take a different turn and ended up being a fantastic game so i was
08:01taking my chances with ex defiant so that's why i pick it uh after playing call of duty you know

08:06know what you're gonna get which is not bad but you know what you're getting so there's no guessing
08:10game it's not like oh maybe you know you know what you're getting with with call of duty so but
08:15that's my take on it i don't hate the either game but i just wanted to give it a try
