This 4-room HDB executive maisonette in Potong Pasir was redesigned by Homescape as a modern villa inspired by Java and Kerala. Sunlit living spaces, warm cove lighting, handwoven rattan joinery and a handcrafted indoor swing give the home a calm, open feel.
Take a quick tour of what makes it work:
Sunlit living area with cross-ventilation and warm architectural lighting
Dining and living zones designed for hosting and shared moments
Bespoke under-staircase timber library with LED shelving
Artisanal rattan console and cane detailing
Sleek island kitchen with hand-glazed teal tiles and warm timber cabinetry
Curved fluted-glass wardrobe and study suite
