00:00Arrester records and cassettes, now available at all strawberries locations.
00:06An ocean of milk, a mountain of butter, and a ton of money.
00:10I'm Steve North from The Source, and that's the title of a study released yesterday by Congress Watch,
00:15a Ralph Nader consumer advocacy group.
00:17The report says the dairy industry contributed over half a million dollars to members of Congress over the last year
00:22and a half
00:23in hopes of influencing them to keep milk prices high.
00:25Thirty-one congressmen received contributions of more than $4,000 each.
00:30None of them voted against the dairy lobby.
00:32The study also found that House members who voted with the lobby received an average of $1,600.
00:37The dairymen apparently soured on those who voted against them, giving those congressmen an average of $200.
00:42One Big Cheese with Congress Watch commented,
00:45from the way the dairy political action committees are spending money,
00:48it appears they have as big a surplus of that as they do of dairy products.
00:52The latest ceasefire in Beirut was still holding early this morning,
00:55but the clouds are still on the horizon.
00:57U.S. Honboy Philip Habib was quoted as saying Israel will only allow a few more days
01:01for him to get the PLO to agree to leave the Lebanese capital.
01:04Meanwhile, a group of Israeli soldiers held an unprecedented news conference
01:08in which they expressed their doubts over Israel's current actions.
01:11We think this is an aggressive war, unnecessary,
01:16with political aims which not only are out of the question for us, but which are hopeless.
01:24And elsewhere in that unstable region, about 200,000 Iranian and Iraqi troops are locked in a bloody battle
01:30following Iran's invasion of Iraq yesterday.
01:33The Maryland Poison Center is warning people that putting the lemon-smelling product called sunlight
01:38into your ice team is the pits.
01:40That's because sunlight is a dishwashing detergent.
01:42We asked Lisa Booz of the Poison Center what would possess people to drink the stuff.
01:46It says on the label in clear print that it is a dishwashing liquid,
01:50and it has a warning on the label, harmful, you know, it's swallowed.
01:55But apparently because there's a picture of a lemon on there,
01:58and they also see the words real lemon juice, they don't read the rest of the label.
02:01And that's news.
02:03I'm Steve North from The Source.
02:05And the beautiful weather continues outside tonight.
02:07You've got a lot of stars out there, and you can see them all night long
02:10because it's clear out there, 60 degrees the overnight low temperature.
02:14Another nice one today, the sun will be up there.
02:16You'll be able to see it all day because there won't be any clouds outside.
02:1888 degrees for the high.
02:20Thursday night, a repeat of tonight, clear, and sunny on Friday as well.
02:24Right now it's 67 in Boston, and we've got 70 degrees outside the Cocaine Realty Building.
02:29And if you'd like to get some information to help yourself, a relative,
02:32or maybe a friend who you think might have a drinking problem,
02:35you can call Alcoholics Anonymous at 752-9000.
02:39And good morning.
02:39This is Chuck Nolan in for Rick McKenzie this week.
02:42And let me tell you, tonight there is new meaning to the phrase,
02:45crank it up.
02:46We've got our 50,000 watts going right across the country.
02:48We've got a call from a guy who is listening to us in Philadelphia tonight.
02:53What a powerful radio station we've got here.
02:55So we'll do one for him and kick off a commercial-free hour
02:57with one from the Mirage album.
02:59This is Fleetwood Mac from WAAF.
03:30This is Fleetwood Mac from WAAF.
03:32To a room with some lace and paper flowers
03:39Back to the gypsy
03:43That I was
03:45Through the gypsy
03:48That I was
04:04And it all comes down to you
04:08Well, you know that it does
04:11When lightning's dry
04:13Maybe once, maybe twice
04:18Oh, and it lights up tonight
04:24And you see your gypsy
04:31You see your gypsy
04:34Through the gypsy
04:47That remains
04:49This is freedom
04:54With a little fear
04:57I have no fear
05:01I have only love
05:04And if I was a child
05:08And if I was alone
05:12In love for me to love
05:16In love to flow
05:21She is dancing away from you now
05:28She was just away
05:30She was just away
05:36And her memory is all that's left for you now
05:41You see your gypsy
05:47You see your gypsy
05:53Oh, oh.
05:59Oh, oh.
06:05Oh, oh.
06:06Oh, oh, oh.
06:07Oh, oh.
06:17And it all comes down to you.
06:20I never rise
06:22Maybe once
06:24Maybe once
06:25I'll come down
06:32I can't see you
06:34You're right
06:37You're right
06:38You're right
06:39It all comes down to you

07:11I can't
07:13I can't, I can't
07:16I can't
07:16I can't
07:25You're as cold as ice
07:28You're willing to sacrifice our love
07:40You never take advice
07:43Someday you'll pay the price, I know
07:48I've seen it before, it happened all the time
07:52You're closing the door, you leave the world behind
07:55You're digging for gold, you're throwing away
07:59A fortunate feeling, but someday you'll pay
08:11You're as cold as ice
08:14You're willing to sacrifice
08:17Our love
08:26You won't have the dice
08:30Someday you'll pay the price, I know
08:34I've seen it before, it happens all the time
08:37You're closing the door, you leave the world behind
08:41You're digging for gold, you're throwing away
08:45A fortunate feeling, but someday you'll pay
09:06I, I, I, I, you know that you are
09:11I, I, I, I, you know that you are
09:21I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I,
09:46I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I,
09:48I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I,

10:44Music holds the secret, to know it can make you whole.
10:51It's not just a game of notes, it's the sounds inside your soul.
10:58The magic of a melody runs through you like a stream.
11:05The notes that play flow through your head like a dream.
11:21I sing this song for the common man and for the people in despair.
11:28I bring my song into the world and I sing it everywhere.
11:35The simple truth lies waiting here for everyone to share.
11:41So hold on and I will take you there.
11:49Hold on and I will take you there.
12:16Hey!
12:25The daily routine takes your soul, lost without a trace.
12:29It holds you down and turns you round and puts you in your place.
12:34Another day, another dollar, another pretty place.
12:37A chance to lose yourself in the end of space.
12:44Hold on, hold on to your dreams.
12:48Hold on, leave a bad scene.
12:52Everyone around you has a little speed.
12:55Listen to your heart.
12:58Hold on to your dreams.
13:09Can't you feel the magic, can't you feel the magic, can't you feel it everywhere?
13:13Can't you hear the music, there's something in the air.
13:17There's a celebration deep within the sun.
13:21Celebrate this feeling, no, it can't be gone.
13:26Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on to your dreams.
13:31Hold on, leave a bad scene.
13:35Everyone around you has their little schemes.
13:38Listen to your heart.
13:41Hold on to your dreams.
13:51Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.
14:06Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.
