Former President Rodrigo Duterte appeared before International Criminal Court (ICC) judges for another pretrial hearing as he prepares to face trial for alleged crimes against humanity on Nov. 30.
His appearance follows a recent ruling that he is fit to stand trial, based on evaluations by independent medical experts. Duterte had previously been absent from ICC proceedings. (Video courtesy of ICC)
