Former presidential spokesman Harry Roque said that former president Rodrigo Duterte was brought to the clinic of the International Criminal Court (ICC) facility, where he is currently detained for crimes against humanity of murder.

01:05being run by the Dutch government, but it's an international detention facility

01:08that has a particular wing reserved for the ICC, is Hilton Prison.

01:14But I also need to underscore this.

01:16Right now, he's in the clinic of that facility.

01:21Because he's still being monitored.

01:24The problem is, he really lacked medicine.

01:28And although the doctors know the medicine there,

01:31the last thing I heard is that they are providing him with substitute medicine.

01:36That's why last night, we delivered his real medicine with letter and prescription

01:41so they can see that they should not provide him with substitute medicine

01:45if it's not the real medicine of the President.
