Former President Rodrigo Duterte tells the House panel that he is willing to cooperate on the war on drugs investigation with the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Wednesday, Nov. 13.

Duterte also tells on the ICC to "hurry up" the investigation by tomorrow since the issue has been hanging for a few years.
