03:41And that's something that, that stresses me out a little bit when I look at the prospect
03:44for what the rest of the season becomes.
03:46If he sees and he's open, then, then he's going to throw it there.
03:50I mean, he had, and I don't think his vision was that great on Sunday.
03:53And I will talk about Deshaun Watson's overall performance coming up a little bit later on.
03:57It wasn't very inspiring.

04:02And I think what, what it does is it explains to us exactly how we've been with Deshaun Watson
04:08here over the first month of the season, Nick, where it's, it's all results based.
04:12Had they not won those games, we're talking in a completely different tone about Deshaun

04:18So, you know, 180 yards or 133 yards or whatever it ends up being every week ends up looking
04:24better because you win the football game.
04:25And we're so surprised that they won the football game.
04:27And also the bar for quarterback play in this league is as low as it's been really in our
04:34career here at the station, our history here at the station.
04:37So I, again, it's, it's so explainable in the loss was an ugly loss, but because of how
04:44the guardians won on Saturday, I'm not very upset.
04:49I hope this just doesn't become one of those losses that you look back on in four or six
04:54weeks and you tell yourself, I should have been more upset at that juncture.
04:57And that's the, I'm glad you brought that up because I think it will be.

05:56How much of this, how much of this though, is that you were kind of expecting that this
06:00was a young team and that you kind of understood that there was another shoe that was going
06:05to drop with this thing.
06:07Like how much of it is that it's it's, I was excited and we've been having these big fights
06:12and I think we've been having these big fights on the station, uh, within the fan base.
06:17Cause there was a lot of us are like five, six wins, but I don't want to be right about

06:22I want them to be eight, nine, 10 wins somewhere in there.

06:27I'm not afraid to talk about playoffs, but when I see what it is, it's like, all right,
06:32this is explainable from what we thought at the beginning of the year.

06:42You had to Mario Davis talking about how that's like a big organizational win for the Jets,
06:47even though the Browns were underdogs in that game.

06:52That was a game that the Browns should have had.
06:54The Browns were a better team.
06:55You had the ball with four minutes left on the Jets, 40 yard line.

07:50It started to rain harder as the day went on and then just rained all day.
07:54So that played into it.
07:56Plus you're a young football team.
07:57You're prone to mistakes and they made a bunch of mistakes.
07:59And then you lose two guys on your defensive line.
08:02And I understand like, Hey, you were able to get pressure on Geno Smith.
08:05That was great, but you're still going to have those problems.
08:07When you lose Mason Graham, when you lose Mike Hall,
08:10you're still going to get gashed by a big body back.
08:12And then your tackling was poor.

08:14The penalties were there.
08:16All those things came into it.
08:17Special teams haunted you.
08:19You had a missed field goal, which isn't that big of a deal.
08:21I mean, well, you had the missed extra point, which in the grand scheme,
08:23isn't that big of a deal.

08:25You didn't lose by two.
08:26So there's that issue.
08:27And then again, Corey Bohorquez, it went through his fingers.

09:47And the winning masked a lot of what has ailed this football team.
09:51And I think yesterday really just put it on a billboard.
09:53This team just might not be all that good.
