00:00So what has been the most significant thing about Tarang Shakti and how do you see the mutual cooperation between
00:05India and New Zealand?
00:07I think the most significant thing is that we can see that we do a lot of the same things
00:11together.
00:12One of the platforms that we operate together is the C-130J Hercules.
00:16So from our visits to Hindun, from what we've seen at Tarang Shakti, we know that it's really easy for
00:20us to be able to work and play together.
00:23What does that mean in the future?
00:24From an air point of view, it means that we have a common platform.
00:27We know we can take forward as a relationship.
00:28And then wider, we know that our navies operate in a very similar way and our armies too.
00:34So from a purely defence way, then it's clear that there are plenty of areas for cooperation across all three
00:39services.
00:39What has impressed you the most about India?
00:42I think the two things.
00:43I think one is, well, I love how fiercely proud you are.
00:47And I think because of that, that drives your professionalism.
00:50It drives your innovation when it comes to your defence capabilities.
00:53And it drives how well you want to put on a show and put on an exercise.
00:58It's not easy putting on a really in-depth, complex aviation, high-end exercise where there's merit for everybody.
01:05So I congratulate the Indian Air Force on it.
01:07It's a great job.
01:08Thank you so much.
01:09And it was a pleasure speaking to you.
01:11And to you, very nice meeting.
