Recent election and by-poll results across West Bengal, Assam, Puducherry, Rajasthan, and Tripura have delivered significant victories for the Bharatiya Janata Party and its allies. The ruling party highlighted that repeated electoral outcomes reflect unwavering public support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's development agenda, dismissing allegations of electoral manipulation raised by the opposition. While the Congress and the opposition bloc prepare nationwide protests, party leaders state that voters have seen through opposition narratives and rejected their campaigns. Meanwhile, results in Tamil Nadu marked victories for regional forces like TVK.

00:00There's a reaction that's coming in from Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
00:04Amit Shah has said under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi,
00:10BJP continues to win election one after the other,
00:15despite the lies and disinformation campaigns run by Rahul Gandhi and the Indy Alliance
00:22in West Bengal, in Assam and Puduchiri,
00:26and the recently held local body polls in Rajasthan and Tripura,
00:31these demonstrate that people have completely rejected the Indy Alliance.
00:37Having lost their public support,
00:39these parties question institutions after every defeat,
00:43but the people have recognized their true character.
00:47This is why the people have once again delivered a thumping mandate,
00:52reaffirming their unwavering faith in the Bharatiya Janata Party,
00:58writes Amit Shah on social media platform X.
01:01He then goes on to say,
01:03heartfelt congratulations on this victory to the West Bengal Chief Minister,
01:07Shubhindu Adhikari, Assam Chief Minister,
01:10Hemant Biswas Sarma, Rajasthan Chief Minister,
01:14Bhajan Lal, Tripura Chief Minister, Dr. Manik Sarkar,
01:17and Puduchiri Chief Minister, N. Rangaswami,
01:20along with the state presidents and dedicated Karek Kartas.
01:24The BJP is fighting back, Piyush.
01:27This is like trench warfare, Rahul Gandhi and the Indy bloc may be saying
01:32that they are unable to win, or this is vote chauri.
01:37Election after election, including by-polls,
01:39whether in Reji Nagar, Nandi Gram,
01:41in by-polls in Assam, by-polls in Puduchiri,
01:45the BJP or India Alliance have won,
01:48TVK has won in Tamil Nadu.
01:50But what is the Congress's response to
01:54not being able to make electoral gains?
02:09Piyush, can you hear me?
02:13Okay, give me a moment.
02:14Now I can hear you, what I mean, some network problem here.
02:17Can you please repeat your question?
02:20Piyush, Amit Shah, Amit Shah has hit out at the opposition.
02:24He's saying people know,
02:26they've seen through the lies of Rahul Gandhi and the Indy alliance,
02:30election after election,
02:31the BJP is winning,
02:33and this shows people have faith in the BJP and the Prime Minister.
02:40Well, that's right.
02:41Today, results have somewhere indicated that how BJP is performing,
02:45and after the results were out,
02:47BJP is now openly saying,
02:49Kaurav, that Congress Party has lost the trust of people.
02:52It has no other issue to raise them.
02:54That's why they are, you know, raising a non-issue.
02:58And we have been talking to various senior leaders of BJP.
03:01They are of view that Congress is not able to find any kind of anti-incumbency
03:06against the face of Narendra Modi.
03:09And that's why they are just raising an issue out of non-issue.
03:13Remember that Congress has already planned protests across the country,
03:18and month-long calendar has already been finalized.
03:20But BJP is not taking it serious.
03:22Because BJP is saying that despite the vote-tory allegations being raised by,
03:27being raised multiple times by opposition,
03:30people are again and again reposing their trust in the development agenda of BJP.
03:37And that is the sentiment which has also been acquired by Union Home Minister,
03:40Amit Shah,
03:43has slammed the Congress Party.
