06:20Do you remember my friends the story of the companions of the cave?
06:26Yes, we remember very well.
06:30We learned how the companions, the believers, left their policy as people.
06:35And took refuge in a cave.
06:36How they slept for a very long time.
06:39And how Allah, glory to him, kept them alive and well in the cave.
06:44But what happened when they woke up after all those years?
06:49What happened?
06:50Tell us!
06:51When they woke up, they started wondering about how long they had slept.
06:56Some of them thought they had slept for just a few days and the others weren't completely sure and said
07:04that Allah knew better.
07:06Then, they decided to send someone out to the city to bring them some food.
07:12But they told him to be cautious and to be extra careful.
07:17Careful?
07:17Of course!
07:19Not to attract people's attention so they wouldn't be discovered.
07:23What do you think might have happened if people found them?
07:27What's that?
07:28What might happen?
07:30We will find out in the next episodes.
07:32But after we memorize these verses correctly, let's listen to the recitation.
07:39Alright!
07:40Remember that we always have to recite the verses of Quran and memorize them correctly.
07:46And take care to pronounce the letters and words properly every time we recite.
07:52Alright!
07:53We will!
07:54And now, let's listen to the recitation of the holy verses.
07:58Okay!

16:06Coming up now, The Shining Light
16:19My beloved, the Messenger of Allah
16:29My beloved, the Messenger of Allah
16:41My Mustafa
17:18My password isonsea
17:23In the tenth year of the Prophet's mission, in about the year 620 AD, Rasul Allah and
17:30his companions came out of the siege that had lasted for three years.
17:40However this year was called the year of sadness, because Rasul Allah, may peace and blessings
17:47of Allah be upon him, lost two dear people who had supported him very much.
17:58The first was his uncle Abu Talib, who used to support him a great deal, and the second
18:05was Khartija, who was the first to believe in him.
18:19The sadness of Rasul Allah grew bitter when he asked the people of Taif for help and protection.
18:27They refused, hurt him and even threw stones at him.
18:31Afterwards, he went into a garden because his feet were bleeding.
18:37And there he called out to Allah from the bottom of his heart to strengthen him in these times
18:44of trouble.
18:48Allah sent him the angel Jibril to tell him that Allah had heard his call.
18:54And he also sent him the angel in charge of the mountains, asked him if he wanted to knock
19:00down the mountains of Mecca al-Aqshaban on them.
19:18Rasul Allah refused, and hoped in his kind and merciful heart that Allah would make their
19:26children worship him alone and nobody else.
19:38After that, Almutem bin Adi helped him.
19:54But the special gift Allah gave to Rasul Allah, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
20:01after that hard time was the ascension to the seven heavens.
20:07He ascended from Al-Haram mosque to Al-Aqsa mosque.
20:27And there, in Al-Aqsa mosque, he was the Imam of all the prophets.
20:56Then he ascended above the seven heavens and got close to Allah the Almighty.
21:11Allah imposed on Muslims five prayers.
21:15The one who prays them has the reward of fifty prayers.
21:23When Rasul Allah, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, went back to his people, he told
21:30them of what he had seen, and described the sacred lands of Palestine as Allah had shown them to him.
21:38It was then when Abu Bakr was called Al-Siddiq, because he believed him when the people did not.
21:52Around the 11th year of the mission, in 621 AD, and with the arrival of Mecca at the time of
22:01pilgrimage, the mission seemed to have spread beyond Mecca.
22:05Rasul Allah followed six people from Yathrib, sat with him, explained to them the truth of his mission.
22:18They became the first people from Yathrib to convert to Islam, and they set off to spread the mission.
22:26After a year they returned, and their numbers had doubled, and they all paid their respects to Rasulullah, may the
22:34peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
22:36That was the first Aqaba homage.
22:39After that, they went back to Yathrib.
22:43Rasulullah, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, had sent with them Musa bin Umair to read
22:49them the Koran, and to explain to them the teachings of Islam.
22:55And there was not a single house in Yathrib in which the light of Islam didn't shine.
23:05Do you know that the Jews were the major reason behind the conversion to Islam of the six young men
23:11who had come to Mecca from Yathrib during the pilgrimage season?
23:16The Jews in Yathrib had always spoken about the seal of the prophets, who would come at the end of
23:22time, and about his special qualities.
23:24They had always affirmed that they would follow him and would fight the people of Yathrib, al-Khazraj, and al
23:32-Aus under his command.
23:34When Rasulullah, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, talked to these young people, they recognized him
23:41at once, and made up their minds to convert to Islam immediately, preceding the Jews in doing so.
23:53After a whole year, seventy-three men and women came to al-Aqaba to pay respect to Muhammad, the messenger
24:01of Islam.
24:02May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
24:04That was the second homage, where they swore an oath of loyalty and honesty.
24:13Rasulullah, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, chose twelve people from them, to carry out the
24:20duties of this homage, and told them,
24:22You are responsible for the others, as the disciples were for Isa, son of Miriam, and I for my people.
24:32Among them were people from the tribes of al-Aus and al-Khazraf, who had been at war with each
24:40other for a long time.
24:46But Islam brought them closer to each other, and they started to love each other, until they became like brothers.
24:58When the leaders of the Quraysh found out about the homage, they were extremely angry, and feared the results of
25:06this homage.
25:07So they began to torture and attack the Muslims more than ever.
25:22At that point, Rasulullah, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon them, allowed them to emigrate to Yathreb.
25:30So the Muslims started to emigrate in secret, running away from the disbelievers.
25:50However, Omar bin al-Khatib, who emigrated in public, challenging the Quraysh, but no one dared to follow him.
25:59Abu Bakr al-Siddiq asked Rasulullah to allow him to emigrate, but he told him not to hurry, for he
26:08wanted him to be, inshallah, his companion.
26:14The Muslims depended on Allah, so he opened a new door of mercy and forgiveness for them, allowing them to
26:22carry on this great message, following the steps of the prophet of mercy.
26:28Muhammad, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
27:02Muhammad, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
27:13I went to the market to sell my oil
27:16The fruit of my labor, work and toil
27:18But just my luck, the oil fell on the clothes of a man
27:21His anger welled, he demanded that I pay his loss
27:25But many times would the clothing cost
27:27Many times would the clothing cost
27:29Always beware the selfish man
27:31He'll never try to lend a hand
27:33Always beware the selfish man
27:35He'll never try to lend a hand
27:37Respect and love must now begin
27:42Cause arrogance will never win
27:46Respect and love must now begin
27:50Cause arrogance will never win
27:55The rich man treated me poorly
27:57So I asked the Lord to lend a hand
28:03A young man came in out of nowhere
28:05He was generous, he was wise
28:07He saw the arrogance and conceit
28:09He cut the bad man down to size
28:16I thank God and I won't forget
28:18And in the end, the bad man cries
28:20Respect and love must now begin
28:25Respect and love must now begin
28:28Respect and love must now begin
28:32Respect and love must now begin
28:33Respect and love must now begin
28:33Cause arrogance will never win
28:38Remember this if you can
28:42Arrogance ruins man

28:47Yes arrogance ruins man
28:50Arrogance ruins man
28:52Arrogance ruins man
