00:00We moved to central Pennsylvania last year and got the yard we wanted. What we didn't have was
00:05any reason to be in it, so we decided to change that with a major backyard upgrade. We started
00:11by marking out the footprint and then dug down about eight inches for the base and made sure it
00:15was slightly sloped. After a layer of weed barrier was laid, gravel went in by the wheelbarrow and

00:33bricks. Hundreds and hundreds of them. We laid them in a basket weave pattern with a soldier border
00:39until we completed our 18 by 20 patio. And I will not pretend that this was the fun part. After

00:46final brick was laid, we swept polymeric sand into the joints and misted it in. There it was, a new
00:52kind of blank slate. But now begins the fun part. We added our table, chairs, fire pit, patio furniture,
00:59and planters. And it was beautiful. And something was still missing. So we went all out on outdoor
