01:11but we've had many more in the past and they keep joining
01:15you know young people interact a lot they talk to each other and share ideas
01:22and they're constantly building on the skills they're developing here every day
01:28usually they're busy with their studies
01:31and after school they come here the main thing is that they're first guided to prioritize their studies
01:40and then little by little we teach them about the trades involved in running a farm
01:44so 56 young volunteers join the commune socio-productive work blending farm training
01:51with environmental care and protection aside from being the project's founder it's about bringing
01:57young people on board providing them with training within the project and helping them fall in love with
02:03it just as we did seven years ago when we first envisioned this space and continuing to give them this
02:09training in planting pig farming and raising broiler chickens and that's how they'll learn for their
02:14own future and the future of the country the tour now takes us to the poultry area where 3 000
02:20broiler

03:14mostly because it's such a wonderful subject where you learn so much
03:18i feel very lucky to be part of this collecting eggs feeding them and caring for the chickens
03:29and i know this is a project that will benefit both us and our community
