00:09And so I wanted to know who were they praying to?
00:15And who were they praying for?
00:18Because I'm a Matthew 25 Christian where Jesus said,
00:22I was hungry and you fed me.
00:24I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink.
00:26I was sick and you came to see about me.
00:28And somebody asked, Jesus, when were you hungry?
00:31When were you thirsty?
00:32When were you sick?
00:32When were you an immigrant?
00:34And he said, in as much as you've done it unto the least of these,
00:37you've done it also unto me.
00:40They passed something they call the one big beautiful bill.
00:48It's the one big ugly bill.
00:51They cut a trillion dollars out of Medicaid.
00:56One trillion dollars.
00:58Calling it waste, fraud, and abuse.
01:02Now, in a big government bureaucracy,
01:05is there some waste, fraud, and abuse?
01:07Of course there is.
01:09We're witnessing a whole lot of it right now.
01:13There's waste, fraud, and abuse in your household, buddy.
01:17Right?
01:20Depends on who you ask.
01:23But a trillion dollars.
01:26They kicked 15 million people off of their health care.
01:30So they're calling those people waste, fraud, and abuse.
01:33They put forward these draconian cuts of snacks.
01:39So leaving families with children insecure, leaving veterans food insecure, senior citizens.
01:46And I was insulted by what they did, but as a pastor, I was even more insulted about what they
01:53did before they did what they did.
01:56Do y'all remember?
01:58The speaker of the house stood there with his colleagues, and they joined hands.
02:12And in such a solemn way, they offered up a prayer.
02:25They prayed before kicking 15 million people off of their health care.
02:37And so I wanted to know, who were they praying to?
02:42And who were they praying for?
02:46Because I'm a Matthew 25 Christian where Jesus said,
02:50I was hungry, and you fed me.
02:52I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink.
02:54I was sick, and you came to see about me.
02:56And somebody asked, Jesus, when were you hungry?

02:59When were you sick?
03:00When were you an immigrant?
03:01And he said, inasmuch as you've done it unto the least of these, you've done it also unto me.
03:07And you cannot claim to love God whom you have not seen and not love your sister and your brother
03:13who you see every single day.
