Sal Capaccio highlights why the Bills 29-26 loss to the Patriots is so frustrating as a missed opportunity to put the team in a GREAT position in the division.

00:00I don't know, Sal. I think this one has a very, very familiar feel to it.
00:05I know we're in a new season and there's a lot that has changed,
00:08but your defense getting worked by a quarterback that picks it apart
00:12and then your offense failing to come through in the key moment,
00:15losing a game, that is very familiar.
00:19Yeah, just a little bit too much like some of the losses in the past.
00:23I think what's frustrating about this one more than anything is
00:27this was a team that you really felt you could really put down,
00:32beat the way they've been playing.
00:33You're better than them.
00:34They're very banged up.
00:36They're behind you in the standings.
00:37You could really widen the gap here.
00:39And it felt very similar to last year where you just, you didn't put them away.
00:44They wound up finding a way to win.
00:46And then now you look at the standings, you're like, oh, here we go.
00:49Now look what's got to happen.
00:50It's the bigger picture, I think.
00:52And then when you dig into the minutia of how the game actually unfolded,
00:56yeah, too many mistakes on offense.
00:58But man, a lot of issues on defense, I think, that have to be corrected and fixed
01:01because this was a Patriots offense that was historically bad through three games
01:06as far as points per drive.
01:08And they come into Buffalo and they put up over 400 yards at 29 points.
01:12And that just shouldn't happen in a game like this.
01:14Yeah.
