00:00also joey porter jr was traded to the dallas cowboys so another trade between dallas and
00:06pittsburgh porter one of the better defensive backs in the afc now moves to the nfc and it
00:11seems like all of a sudden joe maybe he's healthier than he was the last few weeks clearly he wanted
00:16a
00:16new deal he went to the right spot to get an extension oh my back has hurt me so much
00:21oh
00:21the only thing i could possibly do is somehow inject more money into it craig that's what we
00:26do just kind of inject a little bit more money into right right right in that c4 c4 just put
00:31the needle of money right into it and look uh corners have windows of time joey porter is still
00:36in his window i think he could still be a very good corner for the next year or two but
00:40we've seen it
00:41with the elite corners over time too typically after that five-ish year run they're just not the
00:46same guy so it's not the best investment so i understand why the steelers made this move i
00:50also understand why the cowboys need this move because they needed more help i thought the cowboys
00:55defense would be improved this year it's still been spotty locking up a corner like joey porter
00:59here i think is smart for them they are in win now mode always because they're the cowboys and this
01:03division is very much up for grabs right now with the injuries you've had to the giants and the
01:08washington commander's quarterback situation with the way the eagles have played the cowboys have a
01:12clear runway here and i think it was a smart move by them good trade all the way around border
01:17will help
01:17them and another draft pick for a stealer scene that clearly is looking more to the future than the
01:21present especially after thursdays
01:23you
