00:00Maybe let's start NWSL.
00:01I think there's been a lot of movement.
00:03You got it. Let's do it.
00:04This past week, obviously, we have Gotham being the first team
00:08to get a playoff spot.
00:10They've been sitting comfortably at first place.
00:12Los campeones.
00:13Of course, ACFC, who has surprised everybody
00:16and has made a last-season push.
00:18They're currently sitting at sixth place in the standings.
00:22We know last week they weren't even in standing qualification,
00:26but they have made a last-minute push,
00:28and they've really proved that, hey, maybe this is the first season.
00:32Fingers crossed it stays this way,
00:33that they're actually going to be in the playoffs.
00:35And, of course, we have Seattle, Denver, and Kansas City
00:38right there in that playoff pressure zone.
00:41Everybody's fighting, and it's been a crazy couple of weeks.
00:44You want me to pull the stats?
00:47Absolutely.
00:48In the meantime, let's go over some recent results from this weekend.
00:51Gotham winning 2-1 over North Carolina this weekend.
00:54San Diego, the most surprising result,
00:56getting a 2-0 win over Kansas City.
00:59Look at this, Camila.
01:01ACFC, love to see it.
01:03In the playoff, climbing positions, 39 points,
01:07with a really, really good form in the last five games,
01:10four wins, no losses in five games.
01:14Impressive.
01:15Break it down for us.
01:16Absolutely.
01:17You know, I think ACFC has finally gotten that click.
01:20You know, I think the biggest thing that they were missing
01:22in the past couple of seasons was that defensive power,
01:25and I think we've got some new transfers coming in this season.
01:28They did extremely well.
01:30And finally, in qualification, this 3-0 win over Utah
01:34was just kind of, you know, the nail that they needed to nail the coffin,
01:39and I think that they're just going to continue this way.
01:41Nailing the coffin for the bad momentum?
01:43For the bad momentum, yes.
01:45And I think, you know, finally we can say goodbye to Angel FC not being in the playoffs.
01:50Hopefully, Camila.
01:51I mean, look at this.
01:53The momentum of the game is clear.
01:55It was all ACFC.
01:57They went to play at a difficult stadium.
02:01Utah Royals is not an easy team.
02:02It may be not a famous team, but they are high on the standings,
02:06and ACFC went.
02:07Now, look at this.
02:09Two big red cards in the first half.
02:11It was messy.
02:12It was messy, and there was drama.
02:14It was a messy game, and this will continue to benefit,
02:16like we were saying, ACFC,
02:19as long as they figure out a way to capitalize on these situations,
02:23turn them into goals, turn them into victories.
02:26And you can see clearly that the outside back and the midfielder lost the temper.
02:31They had a lack of judgment on both plays.
02:35And with that, it is hard.
02:37And then the other side, we're starting to see the Thompson power with an 8.1 rating
02:44and an assist.
02:46Probably still the most important player in the team, Camila.
02:50What do you make of the roster of ACFC?
02:52I mean, like I said, I think that something that they were struggling on was the defensive power, right?
02:57And I think, as we can see, defender ratings have gone up compared to last season.
03:02And they're finally starting to, all of the pieces of the puzzle are finally starting to click.
03:07And I think that's why we're seeing these results.
