00:00Bears? I do think it's significant. I do think Pat Ryan stepping forward and representing the
00:04Bears as a minority owner says that he's ready to be more involved and when he gets more involved
00:12things get done. Just look at the stadium we just talked about and how fast that went up and how
00:16seamless that process seemed to be from the outside. I'm sure there were snags internally
00:21but this is progress as far as the Bears getting closer to the proverbial shovels in the ground
00:28and progress being made and the fact that Kevin Warren did not have a seat at the table
00:33is not something you should just ignore. When you hear Governor Pritzker who met with Roger Goodell
00:38in person for the first time on this say that the fall veto session that begins next month is
00:43quote exactly the right time it tells you a couple things. Number one that this is exactly the people
00:51at the table that needed to be there. Bill Cunningham, Cam Buckner, House Speaker Chris Welch,
00:55Roger Goodell and the governor and Pat Ryan. That is a very crowded table but full of guys who
01:04were heavyweights who know exactly how to streamline this and this is good progress. I also think that
01:12it implies that two things. Number one the commissioner has been involved in this with Illinois lawmakers
01:19for several months and number two that when you look at his continued involvement with Illinois lawmakers
01:28he does not want to approve a move to Indiana. I do not think the league wants the Bears to
01:34play in
01:34Hammond. I don't know that. He'll never say that but all you have to do is read his actions. They'll
01:40speak
01:40louder than any words in a statement could. The fact that they're not meeting with Mike Braun and looking
01:47at Hammond and sites there they're meeting with the people in Illinois that can get a deal done
01:52and when he says exactly the right time the veto session next month pay attention.
