00:40On the economy, his approval rating has fallen to a new low of 26%.
00:45About half of Americans are now very or extremely worried about affording fuel,
00:50up from 39% in July.
00:5365% say Trump's policies are to be blamed for higher prices.
00:57But among Republicans, around two-thirds say those increases
01:02are mainly caused by factors outside his control.
