Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said there had been no change in Iran's policies or principles in the US-Iran conflict and added that Iran's "friends and enemies" told him that Iran "emerged stronger" from the conflict.

US President Donald Trump said the US strikes on Iran for the ninth consecutive day were "in honour" of the American military personnel killed during the war last week. Both sides have been trading fire over in recent weeks despite the memorandum of understanding they signed last month to end the conflict.

00:00We are afraid that we are afraid of that.
00:14This is a very good thing for us.
00:18We feel very badly, but you know those great people, those great patriots
00:22were out there fighting that Iran can not have a nuclear weapon.
00:27Iran has been very, very badly damaged.
00:30They've lost everything almost militarily.
00:34They've got very little left.
00:36They've got some missiles.
00:37They've got some drones.
00:38They've got some manufacturing ability, not much.
00:42We control the strait.
00:44They don't control anything.
00:46So we'll see what happens.
00:47But we hit them very hard again tonight.
00:49And we did that in honor of the probably three.
00:53It's probably three as opposed to two.
01:00I think we're always open to diplomacy.
01:01It has to be real.
01:02It has to be a deal that they're willing to live by.
01:04Look, Iran a week ago was supposed to put out a statement saying that the straits of Hormuz would be
01:08open,
01:09that they would no longer attack shipping.
01:11And instead of doing that, they attacked three ships.
01:14I think that was last Friday or Saturday.
01:16So, I mean, their behavior has to change in order for ours to change.
01:19Well, they're not complying with it.
01:21I mean, the straits are supposed to be open, free of tolls, free of attack.
01:26Free of all the things they're doing against these ships.
01:29So they can't have an MOU that's alive if they're violating the terms of it.
01:34What I will say is that the United States always remains open to a diplomatic solution.
01:37We've tried multiple times with Iran.
01:39And we'll continue to try.
01:41If that door opens, we'll be happy to see it open.
01:45And they continue to send signals that they want to talk, that they want to negotiate.
01:49But their behavior is what we're responding to.
01:52And their behavior is they're launching missiles and drones against ships, including tonight.
01:56But, look, I also think it's pretty growingly apparent that even within their own system, there's a growing split.
02:01I think maybe some of your outlets have documented this.
02:04Between those that understand that their economy is in shambles and they need to do something,
02:08or they're going to be in a lot of trouble very soon, economically and domestically,
02:13and others who are very militant in their view of life and in their view of the world and continue
02:18to launch missiles.
02:18So they'll have to work out that split internally.
02:21We're going to continue to respond.
02:23We're going to continue to respond.
02:26We cannot make these decisions.
02:29In the negotiations before the 12th of the war, we were coming to make them, not to make them, but
02:35to make them not to make them the same as Islam.
02:37We have a decision, we have a decision, we have a decision, we have a decision.
02:40I told them that we don't have a decision.
02:44This is something that people have been forgiven for 20 years.
02:49The government has been forced to pay for 20 years.
02:50The government has been forced to pay for 20 years.
02:51You can't get to pay for it.
02:52I said that this is not a mistake or a mistake.
02:57Who should I make a mistake?
02:59It was a very good thing for us.
03:03It was a very important thing to the world.
03:06Despite the war and despite all these,
03:08there is no change in the government of the Islamic government.
03:14All of us, the government, the government,
03:16are friends and enemies.
03:17They say that Iran is stronger than this war.
03:20Their expression.
03:22Iran has the world's power.
03:24Iran has the power of its own power.
03:27We have to admit that the atomic bomb is a bomb.
03:31We have to admit that Iran is stronger.
03:33The world understands that Iran is stronger.
03:36We have to admit that Iran's market is stronger
03:40around the world's Liberals.
