00:00The Heat, they continue training camp today.
00:02One piece of injury news for Miami, and that was Drew Smith has a calf strain.
00:07So he's going to be out a couple to a few weeks.
00:10They're going to be careful with that.
00:12Door of opportunity open up for Ryan Conwell, the rookie point guard out of Louisville.
00:17So we'll see what he does with that.
00:19That'll be interesting to check it is.
00:21Yeah, I think he is.
00:23Yeah, he's still the gym.
00:25Still employed.
00:26Good for him.
00:28So Giannis, he spoke to the media yesterday,
00:30and he talked about the team chemistry thus far in training camp.
00:35Chemistry is great.
00:36Like I see guys laughing with one another, you know, sitting down.
00:39We eat lunch together, dinner together, you know, hanging out with one another.
00:43We play one-on-one with one another.
00:45We cheer for one another.
00:46So chemistry-wise, I think it's great.
00:50And it's all about getting better.
00:51This is day one.
00:52Usually, you know, guys come in, and they've been working with their trainers
00:55and been doing the wrong thing all summer.
00:56So when they come in, it's almost like a friendly competition.
00:59You know, you're playing against your teammate until, like,
01:02you realize, like, this is not who we compete against.
01:05We've got to come together and compete against the other teams.
01:09But for here, it's not like that.
01:12Everybody's on the same page.
01:14You know, everybody's, you know, keeping one another accountable.
01:19So far, our chemistry has been great.
01:20Yeah, he's happy to be away from Kuzma.
01:24Was there a volleyball game going on in the background?
01:27Yeah.
01:28In the middle of the day before, they put Giannis out in the hallway
01:31because the day before, they tried to do Bam in the gym,
01:35and volleyball started blasting music.
01:37FAU volleyball feels like it's going to be a good year.
01:40They're locked in.
01:40You better leave those lady owls alone.
01:42Yep.
01:42Yep.
01:43Yep.
01:44Volleyball.
01:45Tall.
01:46Very tall.
01:47Yeah.
01:47We had a giant – we won the national championship my first year at Barry.
01:51Really?
01:52Women's volleyball, yeah.
