00:11And as diplomacy stalls, Trump is again threatening to escalate.
00:15Iranian state media says Foreign Minister Abbas Aradji presented the U.S. response to
00:20President Massoud Pazeshkin and his cabinet.
00:23Iran hasn't revealed what it says, but Trump already made his position public Saturday,
00:29rejecting Tehran's proposal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and move toward ending the
00:34war.
00:34The plan called for the U.S. to lift its naval blockade, ease oil sanctions, and meet other
00:40conditions in exchange.
00:42Aradji delivered the response after returning from the U.N. General Assembly in New York.
00:47And we've now learned his trip ended earlier than planned, after Secretary of State Marco
00:52Rubio ordered the Iranian delegation to leave the U.S. by early Tuesday.
00:56Then, Wednesday, Trump was asked what happens next.

02:03Hegseth also announced a new four-star command to oversee the military's expansion of drone
02:08and autonomous warfare, part of what he's calling the fastest peacetime shift in modern military
02:14history.
