00:44We weren't losing personnel as a result of Iranian actions.
00:49So your fallback to the Biden administration is just a very, very obvious excuse.
00:59For what I think is probably, as you described, so often gross negligence,
01:03you did not fully inform the president that you would be in a situation
01:07where the strait of Hormuz could be effectively closed, oil prices could surge,
01:12and effectively the Iranians could maintain their ability to strike back as they are right now.
01:19They just killed some of my servicemen last weekend.
01:22This battlefield and all the dynamics of it, of which the chairman and I are responsible
01:25for ensuring the president understands every branch and sequel of what could happen, and we did.
01:30The fact that those contingencies all were part of the possibility and we understood that
01:34is all the more reason why President Trump deserves the kind of praise he should get
01:38for undertaking this effort, having the courage to ensure that crazy Islamists
01:43can't have a nuclear weapon to hold us at issue.
01:46And he's been willing to stay committed to that regardless of the challenges.
01:49Excuse me.
01:49So he should be praised.
01:51He should be praised for shouting a war without authority, creating a situation in which the
01:57world economy is suffering tremendously.
01:59We have to have extra money for our farmers, and we have no outcome, at least no realistic outcome
02:08in sight yet.
