00:00I think the calibre of coaches and the calibre of staff we've got is immense and especially Nigel
00:05is the development. Ken's been very good to open his arms and Nite has also been amazing. I wouldn't
00:10understand anybody there but yeah just the sell there was the experience and the dedication to
00:15the program and development was a big thing. Yeah I think initially there was a little bit of
00:21thought because I'm somebody who's pretty studious and I want to be able to finish my studies but I
00:26think the club's been very very open and flexible about my studying and students academically so
00:32that's probably the biggest thing but I think when I came down here and got to experience
00:37you know the immense amount of development and the great stage that we're on here
00:42it was pretty easy to sell to. No I think it was just more enjoying the moment slightly all in
00:47just really having that moment yes around both family and friends was really special because
00:52obviously out of the draft now. I think we'll build a really good culture and really good
00:57success over the short term seeing how well BFL did this in the first year so there's no
01:03reason why that. I can't change something to know. Hugh McCallum!
