00:00Oh, look, there's a lot of good things about this role,
00:02but this is one of the best.
00:04To see 13 of our first agents players, you know,
00:08take their time out, you know, a couple of the guys
00:10staying over from the weekend.
00:11So you know how much it means to the players.
00:14And, yeah, it's a really important couple of weeks for the AFL.
00:18In saying that, there's a few concerns that the numbers are down.
00:21Can you speak to that a bit and what the plan is?
00:24Yeah, look, it's something that we're certainly aware of.
00:26And the plan for me, it's about providing a tributant.
00:29And that's why we're looking at investment in the talent programs
00:33is really important for us.
00:35We're looking at different risk mechanisms potentially as well.
00:37But ultimately, it's about investing in grassroots
00:40and getting more boys and girls playing
00:42and then making sure there's opportunities at the talent level.
00:45And then when the players are then drafted,
00:48making sure that we know that so that they can, you know,
00:50though our first agents players stay in the game as long as others.
00:53So there's plenty of work to do,
00:55but we've got targets in mind and a big focus for us.
00:59I, I, I, I, I, I...
