00:00Have you ever sat down to complete a task and then end up picking up your phone and forget what
00:05you
00:05were doing and then you don't end up doing it? You should be familiar because this is something we
00:09all face and it can actually make or break how productive you are each day. So as someone who's
00:14getting into starting online business and I'm sure a lot of other people probably are, I want to
00:18explain some of the ways I've used to become way more focused in the last year and it's literally
00:23doubled how productive I am and allowed me to get four play buttons now, three of them in the last
00:28year. Oh bro wants a screenshot? Let's do it. So number one, the most important thing you have to
00:32do in my opinion is just engineer your surroundings to be launching you towards success. What I mean
00:38by this is if you're constantly seeing distractions like things that have nothing to do with your goal
00:43or your business and you just have the opportunity to watch them, the chances are you're going to
00:47start watching that instead of focusing your time on stuff that will actually help you. Example of
00:52this is like if you're on social media and you're just watching memes or even just playing video games
00:57that don't help you get to your goal, even having these things available for you to access around
01:02you with like a few button clicks is going to slow you down because nothing's stopping you from doing
01:06it. So what I have done actually is every time I go on Instagram, my feed is now engineered to
01:12show
01:12me productive stuff and all I did to do this was follow a bunch of entrepreneurs. I unfollowed everyone
01:18that isn't going to help me and I don't want to see my feed for no reason and everyone I
01:22follow now
01:23is like doing what I want to do and they explain how they do it in their videos. So now
01:27every time
01:28I open Instagram, it's not just a waste of time, it's a learning experience. And so I think this is
01:33the number one easiest thing you could do, especially because everyone's on Instagram nowadays. So I'm
01:38sure a lot of you guys can relate to this point. Ah, so close. If you really the type of
01:43person who's
01:43looking to get into making money online, could be YouTube, could be e-com, trading, marketing,
01:48anything possible, just follow creators who are already doing that and successful in that space
01:53because the chance is they know what they're talking about and they're probably going to be
01:55posting stuff to help you. When people get so rich that they don't need more money, they start posting
02:00stuff to actually help people. So that's a big tip. Either follow people who are just semi-successful or
02:06even just billionaires because the more you surround yourself with that energy, the more it actually will
02:11become your reality because you start to see how possible things are and how millions of people have done
02:16what you want to do probably. Bro wants a screenshot. Yo, I think we're two for two for the screenshots
02:20in this video. So the number one thing is remove distractions, but that's easy to do. What else can
02:25you do that's maybe a little harder to actually learn? Well, I say this a lot in videos, but you
02:30gotta remind yourself, how bad do you want to achieve your goals? Because if your motive is very small,
02:36then obviously distractions are going to have more power over you compared to if you say to yourself,
02:40I have to make this thing work. And every time I'm distracted is taking me away from my goal.
02:45You have to actively know that feeling and remember like, bro, every time you're distracted,
02:50you're pushing yourself. It's like a, it's like a rope. When you're locked in, you're going towards
02:54your goal on the rope. Then when you're distracted, you go back. The rope pulls you away from your
02:59dreams. And so it's literally like you got to choose one or the other. So when you realize how
03:03bad you want something, you're going to be pulled more and more towards the direction of your goals on
03:08that rope. But to actually want it enough, your motive has to be strong, right? You have to be
03:12doing it for a strong reason. Could be either for the money. Yo, what the? Bro lagging or was that
03:19just a, nah, that's not lag. That is not lag, right? There's no, there's no shot. Yo. Um,
03:26all right. I give up. So, but yeah, I would say a strong motive to have, think of what you
03:31want to
03:31buy with the money when you make your business successful or think of how it'll help the people
03:36around you. Because a lot of times when people buy something materialistic for themselves,
03:40then they kind of don't know what to do after. I've seen a lot of my friends just buy like
03:44their
03:44dream cars. And then they kind of just lose their drive after that because they completed their goal.
03:49Now what? What if you instead have a goal that's just not towards yourself, but maybe like helping
03:54the people that you care about around you? That is something that will never really be fulfilled.
03:58Even if you kind of complete it, there's always more you could do. So a good motive to have is
04:03helping people because that's actually a real thing that will change your life and change other
04:07people's lives. That's the point of it all. Let's go. Now, the last point of this video for
04:11how to become less distracted, you have to have a clear vision of where you're going. Otherwise,
04:16the plan to get there is going to be all over the place. I would suggest to you, if you
04:20have a dream,
04:21draw it out like in a picture or just write it down of everything in that dream life,
04:26what you want to buy, what it's going to look like. Because if you can make your dream as detailed
04:31as possible, then you're going to eventually figure out the steps you need to take to get there
04:35compared to if you're just kind of thinking, yeah, it'd be nice to have this car. It'd be nice to
04:40have, I don't know, a little more money than I have right now. But if you can say an exact
04:44number
04:45and say how you're going to do it, trust me, it's going to be a lot more clear of what
04:49you need to
04:49do and what you need to focus on to get there. If you have no plan, you have no focus.
04:54And if you
04:55can be as detailed as possible with that goal or that plan, it just makes everything so much easier.
05:00For example, when I was making my Roblox channel, which we got to a million subscribers in 10 months,
05:04I did not just go into this blindly. Nah, I planned it out for like a few days at least.
05:09Yo, why is that so loud? Hold up. There we go. I planned out in multiple documents,
05:14several video ideas I was going to do, take ideas from Minecraft niche that haven't been done before,
05:18how I was going to record the videos, emotions I was going to appeal to,
05:21because then I would have the highest chance of actually, you know, making the videos pop off.
05:26Oh, wow. Compared to if I was just posting whatever I wanted. And that is the difference between
05:31actually getting a million subscribers in a year and not giving up. I had a clear plan. And since
05:35it was in written form on a document, I always had a task I could do and not just have
05:40to think,
05:41what do I need to do now? Which is oftentimes where you will start to become distracted.
05:45When you don't have something like a task you need to do, you're just going to kind of get lost
05:49and
05:49pick up whatever comes next on your thoughts, which a lot of the times is just pick up Instagram and
05:54scroll. But if you do the first tip, like I said, Instagram is not as bad. You can actually kind
05:58of
05:58learn stuff and get some inspiration for ideas to do. But that doesn't matter if you have nothing
06:03planned out to do. So I would suggest write a document of everything you need to do in a day.
06:07Actually something called the alarm method I made, where I just set an alarm, which I do multiple
06:11times throughout the day. Could be like record this video, write this script, take a thumbnail.
06:18It could be anything. But when I get the alarm on my phone to do it, I actually do it
06:22instead of just,
06:23you know, push it back for days. Very big tip. If y'all haven't tried the alarm method,
06:27tried doing it. It surprisingly works very well. That's pretty much most of the main points I wanted
06:31to talk about this video. Let's just finish off this last round. Also guys, do you want to see
06:35me talk about these topics like doing PvP or just playing Minecraft survival? Because I could do
06:40both. I've tried both of them out. I know a lot of y'all do like to see PvP. Oh
06:43my gosh,
06:44what's getting destroyed right now? But yeah, that is the video, how to stay focused. Comment what your
06:51goals are for YouTube or business. I will read all of them. And if you want to see how I
06:54actually got a
06:55million subscribers in a year, watch the video on screen. It's a pretty cool one. All right. Goodbye.
