00:06so the community was left without water from about five o'clock this morning. You can see
00:10that the kids are off school because they're not able to go to school today. I've met business
00:13owners that are unable to open their businesses because of the lack of water. Vulnerable communities
00:18that haven't got water as well, it's completely unacceptable. So I'm a self-employed water
00:23massage therapist, so obviously hygiene is very important. I can't really run my business.
00:31I can't re-bick those people in the same slots and I only have to work four days a week,
00:36so I've got to find time I don't have to re-book them back in and get my earnings, so
00:42it's very
00:42inconvenient. The priority is to get the water flowing into our taps again and to make sure
00:47that those vulnerable communities are looked after and then in longer term we need to find out why
00:52this happened and what's been put in place to make sure this never happens again.
