00:12with killers and faced humanity's heart of darkness. Some disturbing content ahead. And what
00:17you do with your son you've got years of history before you get here with me. Don't lay that at

00:23feet my friend. Gigi Jordan. In February 2010 New York millionaire Gigi Jordan killed her eight-year-old
00:31autistic son Jude in a Fifth Avenue hotel by giving him a fatal cocktail including Xanax,
00:36Ambien and vodka. She admitted to me that she killed the boy in the suite in February of 2010
00:41with a poisonous cocktail of drugs vodka and juice. You killed Jude. I killed Jude yes. She claimed her
00:48son had been abused by his father that her husband had been plotting to kill her and that she had
00:52killed her child in order to protect him. Her allegations of abuse however were never
00:57substantiated. She's in New York City. To stick with those resources. She's in New York one of the biggest
01:02cities in this country and so many resources so many professionals so many things that could have
01:07been done to help this kid. In 2014 Jordan was convicted of manslaughter and later sentenced to 18
01:12years in prison. Jordan gave multiple interviews from prison including with Dr. Phil at Rikers Island.
01:17He looks very happy and peaceful with you at this point. Was he that way when you were with him
01:26that night? In the interview Jordan continued to defend herself and her accusations of abuse against
01:32her husband. Despite Dr. Phil's prodding she claimed it was the only way out of the situation.
01:38In late December of 2022 while appeals were still ongoing Jordan was found dead in her home
01:42having taken her own life. Out of all the cases I've done this is the most complicated case I've
01:48ever seen. This is an enormously tangled web in which you have to look at the forest
01:52and not the trees. Austin Harreth. When they would tell you to run what would they say?
01:59They just said to run so I did. In 2016 this young man was accused of stabbing an older couple
02:07Michelle Mishkan and John Stevens III and biting Stevens' face. Dr. Phil interviewed Austin through
02:13Zoom in an initially unreleased interview. Do you know why you started to think that way and
02:18and talk that way and behave that way? I don't know why it just just happened. In it Austin expressed
02:27remorse for his actions and claimed the crime was never planned apologizing to the victim's families.
02:32This interview proved controversial among the neighbors of the victims with one deeming Austin's
02:36emotional response as crocodile tears. I just think he's insane. I think he's completely whacked out
02:43of his mind. Dr. Phil also sat down with Austin's father who described his son's erratic behavior
02:48during the weeks leading up to the crime. In 2022 Austin was found not guilty for reason of
02:53insanity. Harreth also injured their neighbor who tried desperately that evening to intervene.
02:59In a decision infuriating family a judge found Harreth not guilty by reason of insanity. The attack
03:06was deemed an acute psychotic episode and Austin was sent to a mental hospital. The families of the
03:10victims incensed and disgusted claimed Austin only got the insanity plea because of his privilege.
03:16By the same token we don't want to throw your life away either.
03:21Yeah. Your dad and I are going to work very hard to get to the bottom of this and I've
03:26pledged that

03:37Aaron Coffey. In 2008 Texan 16 year old Aaron Coffey planned and conspired in the violent murders of
03:44three family members. Her mother and two younger brothers. You've got to be honest with yourself you
03:49have to be honest with your father. If you do then you can forgive yourself. You can ask and accept
03:59his
04:00genuine forgiveness. Her father was a lone survivor after being shot five times. The actual killings were
04:06carried out by Coffey's boyfriend Charlie Wilkinson and his friend Charles Wade. The group even set the
04:11house on fire. You finally said okay go kill my parents my mother and my father. The woman that
04:16brought me into the world people that have fed me and clothed me and housed me and loved me
04:20every day of my life sure go kill them. After Coffey's family expressed disapproval of the relationship
04:28Coffey and Wilkinson planned the murders for one whole month. In 2014 Dr. Phil interviewed Coffey
04:34where she admitted to planning the murders with her boyfriend. She confessed her family didn't
04:38deserve it with disturbingly flat affect. Other grisly details include Coffey contacting an ex-boyfriend
04:45to abet the crime. She's told me that you know her parents wouldn't wouldn't let her be around me
04:52and wouldn't you know wouldn't let us be by ourselves or whatever and I was fine with that
04:57but I mean I guess she had you know other plans. Dr. Phil also sat down with Coffey's father Terry
05:03who expressed forgiveness towards his daughter for the crime and blamed Wilkinson.
05:08I really believe deep down she didn't want her parents killed. I really do.
05:11She got in overhead. But you know that she planned this right?
05:16Right. I believe that she yes she did. She had part in the plan.
05:19Mark Redwine. In 2012 a father named Mark Redwine picked up his 13 year old son Dylan for Thanksgiving
05:25amid a divorce and custody dispute. It wouldn't matter to me if my son was missing.
05:31All bets are off. All piccadillos are gone. I can't imagine the two of you wouldn't.
05:36That's why I'm here Dr. Phil. Dylan's mother Elaine Hall reported her son missing. Dylan had
05:41sent a text to his friend that he would come over at around 6 a.m but failed to show
05:46up.
05:46Redwine claimed to have been running errands and returned to find his son gone and the TV turned on.
05:51Finally in 2013 the police found Dylan's remains on a hiking trail a few miles from Redwine's property.
05:58Do you know where he is? No I don't. If you're innocent we're the best friends you ever found.
06:08Boy I just struggle with this whole thing.
06:11Prior to that Dr. Phil did a two-part episode on the case interviewing Redwine and others.
06:16You can see Dr. Phil becoming increasingly impatient with Redwine particularly due to his refusal to
06:21take the polygraph test and his strange criticisms of Dr. Phil's attempts to find his son.
06:26I frankly don't give a damn whether you like me or my television show. I care whether or not we
06:32find
06:33this boy and if you've got information about where that boy is you need to tell us.
06:38In 2017 Redwine was indicted and a few years later sentenced to 48 years in prison. During the trial
06:44it was argued that he'd possibly killed his son after Dylan discovered disturbing sexual photographs
06:49of him dressed in women's clothing and participating in a number of unsettling sexual paraphilias.
06:55And that's what makes me suspicious. I have more concern over my lost dog than he has over his
07:00lost child. He wanted control over all of us.
07:03Zachary Davis. In 2012 15 year old Zachary Davis killed his mother with a sledgehammer hitting her
07:09about a dozen times. He then tried to burn down the house with his mother and older brother Josh in
07:14it. Fortunately Josh managed to flee. They seriously didn't want to be in his physical space
07:22because they sent such a
07:28evil energy around this individual. Davis had previously been diagnosed with schizophrenia and
07:34depressive disorder following his father's passing in 2007. Some months before his trial
07:39Davis sat down with Dr. Phil for an interview. And so because she wasn't taking care of you and your
07:45family you decided to kill her. And where did you hit her? During it he claimed he decided to do
07:56what
07:56he did because his mother wasn't taking care of his family. Dr. Phil even read aloud an entry from
08:01Davis's journal talking about the murder and claiming that he hadn't felt anything. He might otherwise
08:06become overwhelmed. It's also hard to ignore the strange bobbing of his head as well as some
08:13moments where he laughs inappropriately. Davis's cold and emotionless responses, gravelly voice,
08:19and lack of empathy, including laughing during hitting his mother, make this one of the most
