02:09sources confirmed to both Ian Rappaport and me.
02:13After imaging on his dislocated left elbow was evaluated, multiple specialists were consulted.
02:20The consensus is that Daniels now will be considered week to week.
02:26Both Daniels and the commanders say they are aiming for him to return as soon as possible.
02:34Keim had some information in his story as well.
02:39Daniels has been told by doctors there's no guarantee the elbow won't dislocate again, a source said.
02:47But they've been encouraged by the condition it is in, even after a second occurrence.

03:46If he doesn't play, it's because he's having surgery.
03:49But in the new news here over the last hour, nothing was, you know, confirmed about his week-to-week

03:58a return as soon as possible, Schefter said, with him wearing a brace.
04:04Because remember, a brace will be somewhat, maybe it's minute, but it would be somewhat limiting.
04:11You know, you're not going to be able to hand off with your left arm, left hand, in the event
04:19of wearing a brace, more likely than not.
04:21At least that's what Kurt Warner said earlier this week.
04:24Overall, man, I'm just very, very happy with this news.
04:31I want him to play.
04:32I don't want him to play if there's legitimate long-term risk, career risk.
04:37Of course not.
04:39In that instance, if he's taking that kind of risk where, you know, one more elbow dislocation could mean, you

04:48next year and even impact the career, impact his post-career life, no, the long game would make sense in
04:57that scenario.
04:58But as I've said all week, there's so much about the medical part, we just don't know.
05:03You know, we had the orthopedic surgeon on the show on Monday or Tuesday.
05:09I relayed the conversations that I had had with the orthopedic surgeon friend of mine who's, you know, very familiar
05:16with this.
05:17And there was a lot that they didn't know, that they weren't able to really give firm answers on because
05:25they're not looking at the MRI.
05:26They're not looking at the imaging.
05:28They haven't given him, you know, the appointment, you know, consultation specialist physical, you know, at this point.
05:36So you've got to trust the doctors in this situation.
05:40And we know that the doctors in this organization years ago, old regime, were Laurel and Hardy at times, understood
05:52in terms of their ability to get things done and get things done the right way.
05:57But this is a different organization now, a much different organization.
06:01So my belief is they're doing what's in the best interest of Jaden.
06:06Maybe that's naive.
06:08We'll see.
06:10I'm just excited that we don't have to shelve them after a game and a half of 2026.
06:17On my podcast yesterday, and I don't think I had, I don't think I said this on the radio show
06:23because I don't think I felt as strongly about it for a lot of reasons at that point.
06:28But on the podcast yesterday, I said my strong hunch is that he's back by the Giants game so that
06:36he doesn't play this week.
06:37He doesn't play against Indy and London next weekend, but he's back for the Giants game on October 11th, which,
06:48you know, let's figure out how to get a split here.
06:51And the next two, worst case, be one and three with the Giants coming to town with Jameis Winston or
06:59somebody at quarterback.
07:01Did you see some of the stuff out there yesterday about Flacco returning to play for John Harbaugh for the

07:09I got to tell you, he completely minimized it, but there is no chance in hell the Bengals would trade
07:17Joe Flacco to the Giants when Joe Burrow's taking the beating that he's taking so far.
07:23And that team finally has a defense.
07:25Like, I'm sure they feel like if we lost Burrow for a few games, we're good with Flacco.
07:32I mean, he lit up the he lit it up last last year in in relief for for Burrow.
07:43He did a phenomenal job and in Cleveland.

09:23There was no way Jaden was going to want to sit with an off arm, not his throwing arm injury.
