07:22and second, also for re-election in states

07:32which both went to the BJP as well.

08:48Chief Election Commissioner
08:50but I anticipate
08:51it's going to be a
08:52multi-pronged attack
08:54slamming Prime Minister
08:56Narendra Modi
08:56and also Home Minister
08:58Amit Shah
08:59because already, you know,
09:00the Congress has alleged
09:02that this is the G2
09:04Gyaneshgate scam
09:05that's happened
09:06and is rolling out.
09:07So very interesting there
09:09where Rahul Gandhi himself
09:10you know, put out a post
09:11saying that
09:12I'll be doing a press conference
09:13and he's been reiterating
09:14that justice will be served.
09:16So it's going to be
09:17a very pointed attack
09:18at the CEC
09:19saying that
09:20wherever he is
09:21retired or not retired
09:22if the Congress
09:23comes to power
09:24he will be brought to books.

10:22you couldn't make
10:23political allegations
10:24and aspersions
10:25at the CEC
10:26that's a constitutional
10:27body and you have
10:28to substantiate the proof
10:29and then they went on
10:31to an impeachment motion
10:33again, yet again
10:33in April
10:35and that is pending.
10:36Despite that
10:37the Congress believes
10:38that with the fresh
10:39developments
10:40a new impeachment motion
10:42is being ready
10:42it is being drafted
10:44to be brought
10:45in the both houses

17:11Indira Gandhi Ji wins the Bangladesh war, is at the height of her popularity and then suddenly within a year
17:26or two massive anti-incumbency, massive pressure.
17:33The same exact thing happens to leader after leader after leader, happens to Congress leaders, happens to regional parties, but
17:45for some reason it never happens to Mr. Narendra Modi, does not happen to Mr. Shah, does not happen to
17:56the BJ.
18:01Haryana swings from one party to another, for 50 years, suddenly anti-incumbency disappears.
18:11Maharashtra swings, suddenly it disappears.
18:15Uttar Pradesh swings, sometimes Samajwadi, sometimes BSP, it disappears.
18:21Madhya Pradesh it disappears, Gujarat it disappears.
18:26And this has been a fundamental question for us.
18:31We can understand the popularity of a person.
18:40We can understand the performance of a government.
18:44But we cannot understand how anti-incumbency disappears.
18:51Anti-incumbency does not exist in Saddam Hussein's Iraq, it does not exist in North Korea.
19:03There is no democracy on this planet where anti-incumbency does not exist.
19:08And so this has been a puzzle for us.
19:11Take it.
19:13Hindustan ki sabse badi political force kaha gaib ho ga.
19:20And we have been looking for the answer and we have found the answer.
19:29The vote is the foundation of our country.
19:34And I want to explain this, the foundation of our country.
19:39And I want to explain this because from the vote, which is supposed to be protected by the
19:47election commission, our constitution gets its power.
19:57From the vote, the constitution gets its power.
20:00From the constitution, our laws are made.
20:07And from our laws emerge our institutions.
20:12This is a chain.
20:14And this chain defines modern India.
20:18The thing to understand here is that if the vote has been destroyed,
20:27then our constitution has been destroyed.
20:32It no longer has its power.
20:35It no longer functions.
20:38If our constitution has been destroyed, our laws are illegal.
20:45And if our laws are illegal, our institutions are meaningless.
20:52So the central question here is this is not just an attack on the vote.
20:59This is an attack on the idea, on the basic infrastructure, on the expression of every single Indian person.
21:11And we have been saying it again and again and again, that there is a problem with the vote.
21:22The election commission is the institutional protector of this vote.
21:29It is their responsibility to protect the vote.
21:36And then from there everything arises.
21:40If the vote is destroyed, the constitution is not functioning.
21:48Laws are illegal.
21:51Institutions mean nothing.
21:57These are the people who have done this.
22:02And I am not speaking in the air.
22:08I have shown it with proof.
22:10And let me tell you, there is already more than enough information.
22:16To make this a 100% certainty.
22:22Not 99%.
22:25A 100% certainty that Indian elections, Lok Sabha elections, 2024 election, Vidhan Sabha elections are all being rigged.
22:40And the people on top of that list are who we call the conspirators.
22:50By the way, Mr. Gyanesh Kumar who is sitting there, two election commissioners.
23:03Two election commissioners are raising questions on that man.
23:07I have been raising questions.
23:10Those questions were ignored.
23:16People of India believed it.
23:19But institutional framework of India was not interested.
23:25But now, two election commissioners.
23:30People, by the way, chosen.
23:35By the leadership.
23:39Gyanesh Kumar was chosen by the Prime Minister of India.
23:43Not by anybody less.
23:45He was chosen by Amit Shah.
23:50And now, two election commissioners are saying.
23:55That Mr. Gyanesh Kumar is responsible for the chaos, for the damage that has taken place to our voting system.
24:07So, I want to emphasize, go back, I want to emphasize, from vote-chori comes Kanun-chori.
24:17Because if the vote is stolen, the legal structure is gone.
24:21And from Kanun-chori comes Sanstachori institutions.
24:25And this is the chain that has taken place.
24:31Today, the vote is gone.
24:36The law-making system is gone.
24:43Meaning, if the vote has been stolen,
24:47And the MPs sitting in Parliament are there based on a stolen vote,
24:54Then any law they are making is illegal.
24:58Please let me repeat this.
25:01If the votes are stolen,
25:05And the MPs who have entered Parliament have done so on a stolen vote,
25:12Then any law that they have made is illegal.
25:18And any institutional change they make,
25:21Is also illegal.
25:25Now, I am certain, I have no doubt,
25:29That within the next six months,
25:35This will be black and white in front of you.
25:39Because the information is already available.
25:51So, I would like to go into a little bit of the sequence.
