00:39and regional Gulf allies, many of whom have come to New York to meet with U.S. officials this week.
00:44Since the president's speech to the General Assembly a year ago, a lot has changed, not just
00:49in the Middle East, but the Western Hemisphere, too, as the president touted the capture of
00:53Nicolas Maduro with Interim Venezuelan President Delce Rodriguez in the room for the speech.
00:58He also threatened that Cuba's government will soon fail. The remarks hit on a range of other
01:03objectives, including U.S. policy toward Greenland and the push to end the war in Ukraine. But it
01:08was the president's comments on artificial intelligence that may have most sharply underscored
01:12his bid for American dominance. The United States also totally rejects any attempt to construct a
01:19globalist scheme to control for the artificial intelligence being spoken of.
01:25And said he'd prefer if it was called super intelligence, setting the stage for his meeting
01:29with Chinese President Xi Jinping later this week. While not as combative as last year's speech to the
01:35United Nations, this year's speech still underscored the Trump administration's limited patience with
01:40the U.N.'s mission to jointly tackle global problems as the White House has withheld nearly four billion
01:45dollars from the U.N. under President Trump's second term.
