A 40-year-old man, identified as Younus Chachar, was killed in a firing incident in Shams Colony, Uch Sharif, following an alleged domestic dispute.
Police arrested the victim’s wife, Shumaila, and said a pistol allegedly used in the incident was recovered. Police further stated that the suspect was arrested after allegedly hiding at a neighbour’s house.
According to the FIR registered on the complaint of the victim’s brother, additional allegations have also been made against three other individuals. Police say further investigation is underway.
