03:38approaching the winter so
03:40there will be definitely
03:42an attempt by Russia to
03:45destroy and
03:47damage even more the
03:48power grid and the critical
03:50infrastructure of Ukraine in order to
03:53try to ban the population
03:54and diminish
03:56the willingness of Ukrainians to continue to
03:58resist. And what about Russian
04:01hybrid attacks on Western Europe
04:02will the situation deteriorate

04:07stark warnings from France from

06:05one common thread
06:06and that is that
06:07the parties of the
06:08federal government
06:09here in Germany
06:10the conservative CDU
06:11and the Social Democrats
06:12the SPD
06:13are losing ground
06:14and at the same time
06:15the parties
06:16at both ends
06:16of the political spectrum
06:17are gaining support
06:19here in Berlin
06:19the left party
06:20won the election
06:21at around a quarter
06:22of the vote
06:22with the CDU
06:23in second place
06:24at around 19%
06:25and the SPD
06:26has been reduced
06:27to around 12%
06:28which is a historic
06:29loss for them
06:30in the capital
06:30the AfD
06:31had also some
06:32significant gains
06:33here in Berlin
06:33and looking at
06:34Mecklenburg
06:35Western Pomerania
06:36it has been
06:36a very tight race
06:37between the far-right
06:39AfD and the SPD
06:40until the very last second
06:41now the AfD
06:42came out on top
06:43but they will likely
06:44not be able
06:46to form a government
06:47since they are lacking
06:48a coalition partner
06:49far behind
06:50are all the other parties
