A resident of Hyderabad’s Hali Road area, Faiz Muhammad alias Faju Gadi, held a press conference at the Pakistan Press Club and alleged harassment and threats by police.
He claimed that he has been away from the Mainpuri business for the past three years, but is still being threatened with involvement in alleged false cases.
Faiz Muhammad also alleged that his sons had previously been detained and booked in cases that are currently under trial. He appealed to the IG Sindh, DIG Hyderabad and SSP Hyderabad for an impartial investigation, justice and protection for his family.
He further made allegations regarding pressure allegedly being exerted on him in connection with a person he named in his press conference. These claims are allegations and have not been independently verified.
