03:50We've got a few things to get into.
03:52A lot of it is related to pay-per-views in compound, that we have some changes potentially
03:57going down, and some news that's somewhat concerning, if you ask me, and somewhat frustrating.
04:03Let's start with WWE Worlds Collide.
04:06It sounds like right now there is no published plan for a distribution live stream of the
04:15show.
04:16Now, the show is scheduled to go head-to-head with AEW's All Out.
04:22So perhaps this is WWE keeping AEW on their toes and trying not to announce their distribution
04:27plan for this show.
04:29When it comes to AAA shows, a lot of times they put those on YouTube.
04:33YouTube, everything else, premium live events tend to go on ESPN, the app, ESPN Plus.
04:40And if you are overseas, there's other methods for getting the shows.
04:43Now, the problem with this is, is that if we don't find out now where this thing is going
04:49to stream, how are we supposed to plan around it?
04:51And then the other word that came out is that there's a possibility that they are not going
04:57to stream this at all live.
04:58That instead of going head-to-head with All Out, instead there's a report that they are
05:03going to, from PW Insider, that the show is going to be taped.
05:08This is on September 26th is when the show is taking place, that they're not going to
05:11show it live.
05:11They're going to tape it and play it later.
05:13Now, Worlds Collide, to me, is a big enough show that that's something you want to see
05:18on television or on a streaming service of some kind.
05:21It's shocking to me that they would consider pulling this show and not showing it live.
05:27I think that would be a significantly damaging decision because in 2026, everybody and their
05:34brother, you know as well as I too, the news leaks out all the time.
05:37There are always insiders giving information to the dirt sheets.
05:40I suspect if they tape the show ahead of time, everybody's going to know who wins.
05:45It'll take down the viewership and coming on the heels of TripleMania 34 and the incredible
05:51response that they got from TripleMania, I think it would be a very bad decision to suddenly
05:56code switch here and go to a taped delivery on a delay from when the show actually takes
06:04place.
06:04I think that's a horrible idea for WWE.
06:07That being said, it sounds like that is the plan and that's shocking because WrestleVotes
06:13is reporting that after all the success of TripleMania, WWE is now already looking at another
06:19show in Mexico City, a return for 2027 and that they don't just want to go back.
06:24They're talking about TripleMania 35 and turning it into a destination weekend, a taping of SmackDown
06:31with premium live event, main, main love, I apologize, main roster stars, then a two day
06:36TripleMania in Mexico City and then a Monday Night Raw taping.
06:40And there's conversation about whether or not they would tape an NXT show there also, maybe
06:44do a cross-branded NXT AAA show, don't know.
06:49But if they're going to be making this a destination weekend, I think that could only be good for
06:52the viewership, that could only be good for increasing the popularity and the desire to
06:57see that product.
06:58And that, in contrast to what I said earlier about not showing Worlds Collide, I think that
07:05would be a great approach to go back and make it a destination weekend.
07:07However, playing into the original story about not doing Worlds Collide live on different
07:13networks or whatnot, you're going to hamstrung future shows like this one they're talking
07:18about if you don't continue to expose the audience to what you want them to see on a
07:22fairly consistent basis.
07:23And it's really shocking to me that that would even be a consideration.
07:27So all things considered, AAA is killing it right now.
07:30I love, I got a great comment on one of my episodes after TripleMania about it.
07:34Somebody asked me flat out, they said, why is it that AAA is basically killing it better
07:39than all the other WWE programming?
07:40And I really don't know.
07:41We had hypothesized on a previous episode that like, when you look at the credits at the
07:45end of the show, Lee Fitting, Triple H, and Mark Calloway, who is The Undertaker, are
07:50the ones planning AAA.
07:52But Lee Fitting and Triple H are on Raw and SmackDown.
07:54So most of the creative team is the same.
07:56Unless they're giving full latitude to The Undertaker and not really getting their hands
07:59involved, if that's the case, I don't really know why they would feel the need to incorporate
08:14the credit scene to have to include Triple H and Lee Fitting.
08:17If I was them, I just wouldn't put them on there so that people can see a difference.
08:21Because what this makes it look like to the fans, and I apologize for stumbling over my
08:25words there for a second there.
08:26I wanted to make sure I phrased this correctly, if Lee Fitting and Triple H are running SmackDown
08:30and Raw, and people aren't necessarily satisfied with the booking of those shows, but then you
08:34see the same names, and all you do is add The Undertaker's name to this, it makes it look
08:38like all the credit for AAA's success all goes to The Undertaker, and Triple H and Lee Fitting
08:42are just like glory-sucking out of his credit.
08:45I don't like that idea.
08:46I hope they find a different way to handle that.
08:47But I guess we'll have to wait and see.
08:49In relation to what we're talking about, all this Worlds Collide and Triple Mania stuff, coming
08:54out of Monday Night Raw, there was a lot of conversation about whether or not Penta should
08:58have beat Roman Reigns.
08:59There was a report yesterday, we reported on a previous episode, about the internal perspective
09:05that they have for Penta after having such an incredible banger of a match with Roman
09:10Reigns.
09:11And he really, really impressed people.
09:13Now, yesterday we reported that Lucha Libre Online said that this was something that really
09:17opened people's eyes in the creative aspects of WWE.
09:22Today, a new report is out, and this report's coming in from WrestleVotes that Penta is now
09:28being considered by many of the people on the creative team as a main-level, ongoing, main-event-level
09:34star, much similar to LA Knight, Solo Sokoa, and Seth Rollins as somebody who can literally
09:41be in main-event programs for the World Heavyweight Championship in an ongoing fashion.
09:46I love the idea, I actually think it's a great situation if that is indeed what's going to
09:51happen.
09:53Penta deserves it.
09:54This is a guy who's been all over the world, he's been successful everywhere he's gone.
09:58Since coming to WWE, if you watch WWE Unreal, you can see how Paul Heyman's been gushing about
10:04this guy for over a year now.
10:06And if that's going to be the case, if they're going to continue to see these great performances
10:10and the fans are going to react the way they are to Penta, then you have to consider putting
10:14them in one of those prime spots, and I think this is only smart booking if they do.
10:19Got to get to the last element for this episode, which is very concerning, is that Brian Alvarez
10:24is reporting that WWE is considering internally moving Crown Jewel to another location.
10:30There has been a Level 3 Reconsidered Travel Warning issued for Saudi Arabia and some other
10:37countries near them, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, both having Level 4 Do Not Travel orders.
10:43This one is very close to that, and basically this all ties into the current Iranian situation.
10:48They've been dropping bombs through drones and things of that nature, and look, the Iranians
10:52are going to know if there's a large gathering of people for a sporting event, it would make
10:57that a target for activity coming in from Iran.
11:00And obviously you want to keep your talent safe, you want to keep them secure.
11:04They do have that huge deal with the Saudi Arabian government.
11:07I understand why they'd want to put the show on, but the first priority for WWE has to
11:12be the safety of its talent.
11:13They have to make a good decision here.
11:15We're going to have to wait and see how this all plays out in the long haul, but right now
11:19it sounds like there are definitely some high-level internal discussions about whether or not
11:23this show is going to have to move.
11:24Now, the word is also in this report that no matter what they do, even if they move it,
11:29they still want it on the same day, which is very interesting.
11:32We talked in a previous episode about what their plans may be for the main event of that
11:36show.
11:37I think that main event plan means more if it is in Saudi Arabia.
11:41Maybe there's a way to do it in Saudi, but not in the conventional location they were
11:45going to do it in, so they could keep it a little more secretive.
11:48I don't think it would matter.
11:49I think somebody would leak that information if there's somebody nefarious there, but we'll
11:53have to wait and see.
11:53But these international relations really affecting the WWE product right now, and that's just the
11:59world we live in in 2026.
12:01These things are very divisive.
12:02They're very concerning, and WWE being affected by this wartime situation with Iran and Israel
12:08right now.
