00:03Now, the spirituality.
00:07How do you see there are different religions?
00:12People come from different religions, sexy,
00:17which looks like bringing division is affecting their unity.
00:23What do you mean by spirituality?
00:26Is there a form of spirituality that can unite us all?
00:31To experience the love?
00:33I've learned two things in life.
00:35You should never talk politics or religion,
00:38but this is what I do now.
00:41Alms, alms, when people are capable of giving food,
00:46giving shelter, giving warmth, giving love.
00:49And I don't think that's any sort of religion.
00:54As I mentioned, I think that's a universal thing.
00:57Religions are made to give people structure, hope, a place to go.
01:02And I think certain or all religions are good for people if they do the right things with them.
01:11What can bring us all together?
01:15I hate to say it.
01:16It's kind of like those movies when you see an asteroid about to hit Earth or Godzilla's blowing up cities.
01:24The only thing that can unite us is a common enemy.
01:29And with humanity, maybe if humanity is threatened, which I hope never happens,
01:35I believe that even COVID did not unite us that well because people were separated with the injections,
01:42the masks, distancing.
01:43But that's for another day, another time.
01:47I believe children bring us together.
01:50I think when a child is lost and can't find their mother,
01:55every single person, whoever they are, is willing to assist.
02:00I've seen here in Costa Rica and even my own self,
02:03when I've had a flat tire, for an example, and it's in the rain.
02:06I can change the tire myself.
02:09But there are people from the bus stop, the neighborhood, the store.
02:12They'll walk over, hold the umbrella.
02:15They will assist.
02:16I've seen beautiful parts of humanity.
02:21And if I've walked past certain farms, the people will give you an avocado, a banana, some strawberries.
02:30Why?
02:31Because they're having a beautiful day.
02:32They see you, you see them, and it's just a way to exchange.
02:36And so I'm just hoping that people give others the benefit of the doubt.
02:43They have no idea how they were raised, where they came from, what they've gone through.
02:48But maybe one of the best things to do is to not speak your position,
02:52but to have, as they call, comfortable silence.
02:55Where I don't even know if this person even speaks English,
02:58but we can smile, walk together, sit next to each other, and break bread.
03:01And we don't even have to say a single word and have an amazing experience together.
03:05And so maybe less is more.
03:08Maybe just through simple, honest, pure gesture.
03:13That's an excellent way for us to start.
03:15As they say, extending an olive branch.
03:17That can be done in any language.
03:21Oh, that is very, very wonderful.
