00:00What do you think about the trophy, to a manager, and obviously you won't win a trophy, but a three
00:04-year-old manager now judged on primarily after the money is that you were winning a trophy, and you were
00:12on the staff where it felt like not winning a trophy was kind of continually held against it, but I
00:17think it's an assembly to the finals, what kind of do you have your thoughts on that, and how you
00:22were going to win a trophy?
00:23Well, there's obviously two sides to that, I suppose. For me, trophies, the feeling of winning is what we're in
00:32football for, what we're in sport for us, and certainly what we're in club for us to try and win,
00:37so it's not straightforward when you decide you're winning and you're going to win, of course not, but it's important,
00:44and I think trophies and achieving things and giving support, that feeling of the emotion,
00:53So that is important, definitely.
01:23It's an opportunity to be a player who have not been playing a chance to play equally, it's an opportunity
01:29to make you respect to what's going on.
01:32Yeah, definitely, obviously that's the decisions that we have to make, I think we obviously played in Champions League, made
01:38changes during the week, and we changed a little bit as we've gone, so yeah, that's the decision, it's important
01:47for us to win football matches, you know,
01:50and it's important that we manage the squad as well, and keep everyone to speed, keep everyone ready, keep everyone
01:58part of it, but yeah, certainly we're going into Wednesday trying to win the game.
02:15Yeah, we've got to move on, we've got to, you know, we've still got to look at it for ourselves,
02:21and we've got to win games, we have to, we've won a lot of games, and we need to continue
02:27to do that, you know, I understand it's a new season, it's a fresh season, and the points tag right
02:32now is not worth it.
02:33It's what we want it to be, so I'm not hiding from that, but it's more of getting, getting, winning
02:39games, getting that feeling, getting that habit, it's easier said and done of course it is, but we're capable of
02:43it.
02:52The players have gone edge, the players have gone edge, I think, they've shown that to me since I've been
02:57here, you know, and we've had setbacks, and they've bounced back particularly well, and had some really good performances and
03:04good results, so I think they've gone edge, it does give you something when something like that happens today, to
03:11use moving forward.
03:24I'm not quite close in terms of days, you know, but we'll see, as the week progresses, but in matters,
03:33just working the way back really, so I don't, because of the timeframe on how it's been, I don't want
03:38to really put too much timeframe on.
03:44Yeah, he could possibly be fit for Brighton, but it's not clear, but it's a matter of a few days.
04:00Yeah, I mean, Pat played fantastic well over the night, and I thought he did a lot of good things
04:04today, to be honest, and so yeah, we're, that's why we've got the squad, you know, to fill in different
04:11things, injuries aren't ideal, but we've got to deal with it.
04:22Yeah, yeah, definitely will be, yeah. He'll be back in and around the group at some point over the next
04:29week or so, so that means after International, he should be a good cheer.
04:42Yeah, of course, because, you know, it's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's came in with being injured and he's, he's
04:48desperate to get up there and be part of the group and train fully with the boys.
04:54So I've said before so I've said they can, I've said before, see, I've said before, see the squad players'
04:56way of going to there and balances off the dynamics of the midfield in particular a bit.
