00:03Evening Michael, you must start up for the goal, and how as far as the goal of the goal
00:08was?
00:09Yeah, at the time I hadn't totally seen it, but the explanation I got was he wasn't interfering
00:18on play, so I just don't get it, I really don't get it, I can't understand how we're
00:26trying to help referees and putting so many legs behind them and so many people and so
00:29many bodies and so many screens and so many whatever offices they are, to try and come
00:34up with the right decisions, and if that's how the rules are interpreted that the United
00:39refueling will play, because you've thrown yourself out of the ball six yards from goal
00:44and pretty much nearly touched it, which Leach has to react from, I just, on top of that
00:49line as a G is where you've thrown the line to start with, I just, it's worrying if that's
00:55really it is, if that's how the game's seen by those who are officiating it.
00:58I haven't heard any more conversations about the referee than this, isn't it?
01:02No, no. Best left, I think.
01:06Michael, I appreciate that the goal is a key element in the game, but how do you feel
01:14that your team played particularly at the football and not set it off to you?
01:18Do you think it feels when you got the initiative?
01:21I thought we did, yeah. I thought we had a fair bit of initiative, especially second half,
01:25come up second half, before we had scored, I thought we were better. I didn't think we were.
01:30So, I thought we could improve on the second half of the first half. I thought we'd come
01:36out at half-time and build momentum and hit a post and the game was building the way we
01:43wanted it to at that point and then the goal obviously had a big impact and then we could
01:48have finished the game better, you know, we could have been a little bit more creative,
01:51we could have finished the game better for sure. But yeah, I thought we'd start the first
01:57half open. Yeah, second half, sorry.
02:01Michael, were you seeking a better explanation of the BNR?
02:08I don't know how you can, I don't know where you'd go, I don't really know how you'd go
02:13and get another explanation on that one, I have to say.
02:20Yeah, that would be great. Yeah, I can't wait for that one.
02:38I think everyone understood, we all understand what that rule means, it's pretty obvious, no?
02:45It's pretty obvious, so I don't think it's to doubt. There's not a tweak in the rules where sometimes
02:49there's a little changes and maybe you only hear it in the meetings and as a general public
02:55you're a bit confused sometimes, you know, but for that I think it's as obvious as it gets.
03:11Yeah, it is part of the game, it is part of the game and you've got to react and you've
03:15got to manage that,
03:17so there is part of that, but it did have a major impact for sure.
03:20Larry, can you tell us, I don't think about it, it seems that it took a while for the players
03:24then to get back into it
03:25and basically didn't ruin the game with the boomer of that chance, you know,
03:29all that doubt in the institutions, you might have to do the content.
03:33Yeah, to be fair, in terms of the creation, scoring goals, you know, that's something I've...
03:38I think all the games we've won here we've scored at least two goals and we've lost one game
03:42and that was to be scoring that game, so it's the first time, so I think there's certainly a bit
03:48of context in that as well.
03:49And whatever reason, at some point you have a game-win, you know, we haven't scored,
03:54so I can't be too critical of the players because I think we've got some really creative players
03:59who have scored creative goals a lot, so I think when we look at it as an isolated game,
04:04yeah, of course, we would hope for more in general from the team
04:07and we certainly wanted to score a goal and we didn't today.
04:18Yeah.
04:25That was just part of the creation, I think, a little bit, and as I said I can't be too
04:32critical of the players,
04:33and that won't be because I think we've done a lot of good things in that area particularly,
04:37so today we didn't quite find what we needed.
04:42Yeah, there's been a lot of protests from supporters before,
04:48particularly in the season-match terms of supporters who feel that there will be
04:52some fans doing fair time to take their own hands and take it out and crack it out,
04:59and generally the concern about the way things have been going in relation to it,
05:03but how do you have a message for them?
05:09Yeah, the details in terms of what goes behind it,
05:14I'm not always in line to get to the bottom of it,
05:19but I definitely appreciate supporters,
05:23and if they do feel that in a certain way then of course we want to try everything to make
05:32them happy,
05:32and that's part of the performance on the pitch, that's off the pitch,
05:34that's obvious, they're a huge part of this football club,
05:37they're a huge part of this football club,
05:38so I'm feeling for them today, you know,
05:41on the back of losing the game today,
05:45so it's, I never take them for granted,
05:48I think I speak about that quite a lot and it means a lot to me,
05:50so I just feel for them today.
05:55Does this announce where it's coming up with a time?
06:00No, no, no, we've got to.
06:02It's coming up this week and it's part of it,
06:04moving on quickly and we haven't got as many points as we would have liked at this point,
06:10for sure there's no getting away from that,
06:13but we don't need a break or a restart or anything,
06:17we've just got to move on and get winning again.
06:21And we're actually writing in the press conference now as well.
06:24Oh, wow.
06:24Let's go.
06:25Okay.
06:25All right.
06:25Take a look.
06:25All right.
