00:05So I'll be showing you how to fix Roblox voice chat not working and go through some common
00:10settings and connection issues that can prevent voice chat from working properly. Before we get
00:15started, make sure to leave a like on the video, comment below and subscribe to the channel for
00:20more Roblox tutorials and easy tech guides. So to get started with this, the first fix is
00:26if you come across the roblox.com and log into your account. Once you've done that,
00:31you want to come up to the address bar at the top and to the left hand side,
00:35you're going to see this icon here where it says view site information, give that a click.
00:39That's going to bring up a window like this. And from here, you want to come down and click
00:43onto site settings. Now, once you've done that, you want to find in permissions,
00:47the microphone option here. And what you want to do is click onto the dropdown box and change this to
00:52allow. Once that's done, you can close down the settings, refresh the Roblox page and then check
00:58to see if your voice chat is now working. Now, the next thing you're going to want to check is
01:02that you have verified your age correctly for the voice chat to be enabled and working. So to do that,
01:08come across Roblox, log into your accounts. Then what you want to do is come and click onto the gear
01:13icon up in the top right hand corner. And from here, you want to come and click onto settings.
01:18Now, once you've done this on the account info page, you're going to find that your
01:22age group and birthday. And if you haven't yet verified your birthday, you do need to use an
01:27ID to do that so that you can enable and use voice chat. So what they're going to do is
01:32a selfie and
01:33an ID. So if that, you do need to enable your camera. So to make sure that's allowed again,
01:38come and click onto the view site information button, come back to site settings and make sure
01:43your camera is also set to allow. Once that's done, you can click continue down here and just run
01:48through the steps to verify your birthday using an ID. Now, if you've already verified your age,
01:54but you're still not getting voice chats, the final thing you can do from your settings is if you come
01:59over to the menu on the left, click onto privacy and content restrictions. And then what you want to
02:04do is come and click onto communication. Now from here, you want to click onto chat and party with
02:10friends. And then what you want to do is scroll down to the voice chat with friends section and make
02:14sure the option is set to all friends. You also want to make sure it's set for friends chat. So
02:20this is set to all friends. And you also want to make sure that chat and party with friends is
02:24turned on. Once you've done that, come back a screen by clicking the arrow, click onto experience chat.
02:30And again, you want to make sure that experience chat and direct chat are both turned on. Once
02:35you've done that, your voice chat should now be working successfully. And that is how to fix if your
