00:0023 to 10 last night and that was an empty netter that uh that final touchdown by Tennessee
00:05I didn't see a lot of that game this was one of the few wonders that we had right and
00:10listen Cam
00:11Ward looks as bad as he looked in the preseason he looks disappointed I'm sad I mean awful what
00:18I didn't see a lot of it offensive line wise Tennessee what was going on what was going on
00:26Tennessee couldn't protect him number one uh and just the no accuracy in the inability to be able
00:33to to push the ball and not run and the Jets give them credit defensively uh they were very good
00:40uh
00:40and they should be got I mean they spent a lot in the offseason to rebuild uh that defense that
00:46didn't have one interception last year at all throughout the entire season but my problem is
00:51when they play these mediocre teams I got a much improved defense I've got a running game now I
00:59thought Brie Saul looked fantastic and Tennessee again Robert Saul is a defensive guy that's a
01:05pretty good Tennessee defense but when Geno Smith is carving you up and they've got a running game now
01:11I got to worry about the Jets winning more games than they absolutely should but it was one of the
01:16few unders that we had uh yesterday in it um I did not expect uh that to be the only
01:24under I thought
01:25Philadelphia offensively might struggle a little early on um and I thought Washington's defense would
01:31be a little bit better but to tell you the truth I'm not convinced that that's the situation either
01:37I I'm not convinced Philadelphia after watching the Giants and Dallas last night runs away with this
01:43league again Craig uh with the NFC East I'm really not yeah and and I and I think Dallas will
01:49absolutely be back and Dallas will absolutely win their fair share of games this season you'll get
01:54another overreaction there um yeah that that division could be tight quarterback that hadn't played
01:59in the preseason and those guys yeah I would have to do a much a much deeper dive to understand
02:06who
02:06played and who didn't and what the stats uh determined uh based on all of that my only takeaway from
02:11last
02:12night is the same takeaway Joe that I'll have as long as I'll be doing shows on sports wagering and
02:18doing shows here at sports grid or anywhere else like respectfully and and I and I say this respectfully
02:24to anybody out there if you decide to take the Cowboys ever as a favorite in the NFL you're you're
02:30not a
02:31smart person you're just not a smart person that's it that's all there is on the road and and there
02:35is no
02:35more they do not cover as favorites this has been going on for as long as sports betting has been
02:42legal when sports betting was illegal and before sports betting was even known the Cowboys are the
02:49most public team in the National Football League you're never getting any value out of that team ever
02:53people say what is value you can you define value here's what it is when you look at a team
02:58and you know
02:59that they cover less than 50 percent of the time historically when they're a favorite you know you have to
03:04go the other side because maybe six out of ten times you could potentially pick up a win with them
03:09as a favorite so there was no chance in the world that I would ever do that now that being
03:15said when
03:15Dallas is at home this season I don't have their schedule in front of me the guys can maybe tell
03:19me
03:20find me a team that they play against where they could potentially be a dog or a dog on the
03:24road
03:25and that is when I will take the Dallas Cowboys but never as a favorite they always let you down
03:29you
