00:01Football season is back and ahead of SoFi stadiums first game of the season,
00:06we got an early taste of its brand new menu, which is pretty exotic and gourmet.
00:11SoFi is home to the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers.
00:15We're really heavily inspired by L.A. and the melting pot that Los Angeles is.
00:20And we want to show fans that come and follow their team from around the country
00:24really what L.A. has to offer. SoFi offers different menus depending on your ticket.
00:29With concessions for the general stadium crowd and more premium dining options for
00:35suite and club guests. From the concessions, you've got to try the juicy moist smoky brisket,
00:41which is available as part of a barbecue platter or as the viral brisket burrito.
00:46The brisket was just as good if not better than the steak I tried from the more exclusive club menu.
00:52You can taste the quality at the taco station. From the fresh tortilla to the tender meat
00:58and thick, slightly spicy avocado sauce. I don't love hot dogs,
01:02but I enjoyed SoFi's Spam Dog with pineapple fried rice and teriyaki sauce.
01:07Other globally diverse concessions options include Vietnamese coffee flan,
01:13Indian butter chicken fries, sweet and sour chicken, Italian sandwiches and salad,
01:19elote corn, tamales and really refreshing agua fresca.
01:22If you get access to one of about a dozen SoFi clubs, you can also try menu items such as
01:29the rich
01:29and decadent lobster milanes or the soy riso and potato taco with vegan feta and cilantro,
01:36which I liked even more than the lobster for its complex flavor notes and textures.
01:41And if you've got a ticket to one of SoFi's private suites, you'll have access to standouts like these
01:47thick, starchy yucca fries and crispy pork belly, the Korean bulgogi cheesesteak, caviar, brisket ragu,
01:54shrimp croquettes, gourmet salami sandwiches and this herb ricotta tartine that's just red salami
02:01and ricotta cheese but somehow tastes like so much more. Plus desserts like the matcha white chocolate cake
02:07and the churro cheesecake which are soft, moist and not too sweet. With so many elevated food options,
02:14football clearly isn't the only main event at SoFi Stadium this season.
