00:15think that they've been left behind by this current administration here in New
00:19York City and by the governor. They don't recognize the achievements that those
00:23immigrants made and I'm pro-immigrant. I think that everybody can contribute
00:28something to America but you got to earn it and I support the Puerto Ricans. I
00:34know that the mayor canceled the Puerto Rican Day breakfast. I thought that was
00:37a disgrace that he did that. First mayor to cancel that. I was just up in the
00:42Bronx with a whole group of young Dominican people who are capitalists.
00:47They're small business owners. They want to make more money. They want to keep their
00:52money. They want lower taxes. They want low utility rates and they want safer
00:55communities. It doesn't matter what your race, religion, ethnic group is, what your
00:59lifestyle is, what your abilities are. Everybody wants the same thing. They want
01:03more money in their pocket. That'll make it more affordable. So I'll cut taxes, cut
01:07utility rates and they want safer communities and that's something that I
01:11know I can deliver because I did it in Nassau County and I can do it for the state.
