00:27and that is illegal. Obviously, that's an allegation. The police are looking into it.
00:31So there are serious questions about reforms, finances, notwithstanding this big donation.
00:35As far as we're concerned as a party, we don't support an arbitrage cap, but we do want to see
00:39much more transparency.
