00:05and that's why we've got the representation of the People's Bill going through Parliament at the moment
00:09which focuses on the Philip Rycroft review that was published on the 25th of March.
00:16We're bringing in measures to protect against overseas donations and people who return to the UK
00:21and that will be retrospective from when that review was published.
00:26So the measures that are coming forward now are to really tackle some of the issues around making sure there
00:31isn't that foreign interference
00:33and that the democracy is about the people of this country and not billionaires thinking they can buy democracy.
