House prosecutor Rep. Chel Diokno and defense counsel Mark Vinluan had a brief exchange over the authentication of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s 2025 SALN during Monday’s impeachment trial.  After Diokno objected to the use of the unauthenticated document, he said, “I’m just responding, Your Honor.
