I know you shouldn't get upset with "people on the internet" - but the advice "don't give bad news to investors" is one of the worst I've heard. It got me riled up. Investors join a venture. They want you to succeed as much as you do, and if things aren't going well you should definitely ask them for help. They know more than you! You would be an idiot to not at least try. A perfect picture does not build trust, and trust is what you need to have a great relationship with investors that tag along for the long journey. - Anna
