00:00Dengan berdiri bersama, kita juga menjadi lebih kuat.
00:06Perkuatan selalu mulai di rumah dengan orang-orang kita.
00:12Dengan kemampuan kita untuk menghidupkan orang-orang kita.
00:16Untuk menyediakan energi yang mereka perlukan.
00:19Untuk menghidupkan anak-anak kita.
00:21Dan untuk memberi mereka kemampuan untuk berkembang.
00:23That is how we build resilient nations and we become really independent.
00:32We do not like to be dictated to by any one or two powers.
00:40We must be resilient and then we become really independent.
00:47We have strengthened our foundation to preserve peace.
00:53And to build trust.
00:57With such a strong foundation,
01:01I am convinced that BRICS continue to strengthen cooperation
01:05in areas that directly affect our resilience.
01:11Energy is one clear example.
01:14We are connecting our energy systems and strengthening energy security.
01:19Across our regions to power our economies and build lasting resilience.
01:29As I mentioned before, BRICS represent half of all humanity.
01:43It brings together the world's largest markets and major energy producers.
01:52This gives us enormous collective strength.
01:58Imagine what BRICS can achieve if this strength is fully mobilized
02:04to help secure food and energy supplies.
02:09Imagine if our markets, capital, resources, technology, and knowledge
02:15are better connected, creating greater opportunities for the developing world.
02:23Imagine if the countries of the global South can speak with greater confidence
02:27and greater coordination in shaping the institutions that govern our world.
02:33In protecting and enhancing peace.
02:37In fighting for justice.
02:41Together we can build a stronger multilateral system that supports the needs and the interests
02:50of all nations, big and strong.
02:56Big and small, strong, or weak.
03:00For this to succeed, we must keep the United Nations at the center of that system.
03:08Because the United Nations remains the only multilateral institution
03:12where all nations come together as equals.
03:17And for the UN to be at the center effectively, it must be reformed.
03:25The UN has to be more representative, more responsive, and better able to deliver concrete results
03:36for our peoples.
03:37At the same time, our international financial institutions must also evolve.
03:47Trade and currency must not be weaponized.
03:53We must better respond to the needs of developing countries, including by providing better access to resources.
04:06BRICS has a role to play by strengthening our own capacity to contribute to global resilience.
04:15By mobilizing resources for infrastructure and development, we can strengthen the global South's capacity
04:24to finance its own future.
04:28This is the kind of collective strength we need.
04:33Strength that does not remain on paper, but translates into opportunities for our people.
04:41Strength that allows the global South to have a greater voice in shaping its own future.
04:49The strength must also be used to build a more just and equitable international order.
04:58Together, we can make our strength count.
05:00And we'll make our strength count.
05:01Thanks for joining us.
