Activists fly kites for Gaza above Venice Film Festival
Pro-Palestinian activists gather on the beach in front of Venice Film Festival to fly kites in support of Gaza. Organized by the Global Sumud Flotilla and local pro-Palestinian organizations, the activists are calling for the Palestinian flag to be flown at next year's festival. The demonstration comes a day after a new documentary about Israel's AI-powered mass killing of civilians in Gaza - "NAZA" - received a 25-minute ovation at its premiere in Venice.
